In order to add these attributes I need to know the trait values associated with them, you can find them setting a single attribute for a player and reading with DB Master the value reported in the trait1 column. When I know it, I can update CM.

I don't have time right now to go through the full process of installing and testing, I repeat: this is not an official CM16 version released by me. If you can provide me the information I need I can fix the official CM16 quickly, otherwise I will take a look when I will have completed my current tasks.

You can browse big files using FileMaster (I guess it is still hosted by FifaInfinity).
All the management of sbr \ sbs audio files is embedded in CM16.
EASounds (distributed with the CM16 package) is a consolle app for converting sounds format: sps \ wav \ mp3
 
Have you tried some of the new german playernames?
Added a bunch more (Werner, ter Stegen, Brandt, Sancho, Bergwijn, Tielemans, Mancini, etc.), and i would do more, if they are of use for others.

This is not possible the numbers must be a power of 2. Disable all the other traits apart the unique trait you want to identify and check again.
I cleared all the fields and left only the technical dribbler and chip shot and the result in the master db was: trait1:0 and trait2: 6144. From what I saw, the result refers only to the chip shot because I only tested it and the result of trait2=6144. I only tested the technical dribbler and the result is only giving 0, so it seems like it's not getting anything for this field.

This makes sense one attribute value is 4096 and the other 2048, I need a last step: enable only one of the two and tell me what is the value.
 
Well, from what I understand, they must have put any value without any basis for change and maybe it won't even have any effect, especially in this chip shot. But I also thank you for the CM16 Tool Audio application, it's great, excellent work, I really appreciate it.
 
But one thing, if you can tell me what this field is for, since in the game it cannot be changed in Build To: Dribbling (Litle - Lots) as we can only change it through CM16, I have already tested whether players dribble more or less, but no. I'm sure it changes something.

The field "busdribbling" is present both in "teams" and "default_teamsheets" tables.
While similar fields "buspassing" and "busbuildupspeed" have a counterpart in FIFA16 GUI tactical slides,"busdribbling" has not, so it could be a field present in the database but not actually used in game. On the other side. the original database is filled with meaningful values (it is not left for example always to 50).
