Puedes explorar archivos grandes usando FileMaster (supongo que todavía está alojado por FifaInfinity).
Toda la gestión de archivos de audio sbr/sbs está integrada en CM16.
EASounds (distribuido con el paquete CM16) es una aplicación de consola para convertir formatos de sonido: sps \ wav \ mp3

Tendrás una forma de solo usar la herramienta (creo que anteriormente hiciste una llamada Sound Master pero solo llegaba hasta FIFA 09-11) para editar los archivos .sbs y sbr del Fifa 13 en adelante ya que estoy editando para la consola PS Vita y no tiene archivos .exe para que su gran programa CM16 lo reconozca, espero me entiendas. I am working on other sound tools but the file structure is still largely unknown so I cannot promise anything.

I think that the only way for adding names to English commentary is to edit names with audacity (as Prodigy did) or to use a "cloning voice" AI tool.

It should not work, there is a connection between DB and sbs and you must CM16 for importing sounds properly. See first post.

I'm pretty sure he has a commentary line in FIFA 16

Another thing I was wondering about @Rinaldo (The Master) I found some names in other soundbanks, like english_2 (or something like that). I guess only the ones in english_1 are assigned automatically, isn't it?

1 and 2 are two different commentators, you can edit both. Just open the file you want to patch (EN1 or EN2)
