2016/17 Promotion/Relegation Patch [CMP]

Hi all! Since the season's end is near, I've decided to work in this project with the aim to complete all the new teams that will participate in the next season of the leagues that are included in FIFA 16.

Of course the rosters are updated to the end of 2015/16 season. Maybe, when the 2016/17 season starts, I'll upload updated rosters for all teams.

All teams are in CMP format, so you can add to your database using Creation Master 16. I will upload a tutorial that explains how to do it.

Any help will be welcomed!

[GENERAL FEATURES]

- Accurate information for the new teams (real reputation, real budget, etc.). All the new teams will have EA ID's (when available).
- Accurate and updated rosters for all teams, with EA ID's (when avalaible) for all players and real contract start and end dates.
- Home, Away and GK kits and minikits for all teams.
- Accurate stats based on other titles like Football Manager and older versions of FIFA databases using an objective criteria.
- Real minifaces for the most important players.
- Flags for all teams.

[HOW TO INSTALL?]

1. In order to install these patches in .cmp format, you have to install Creation Master 16 by Rinaldo (Download Here).
2. Open CM 16 and load the database and language files (File -> Open - Select All -> Select your FIFA 16 folder -> Select fifa_ng_db-meta file -> Select fifa_ng_db file -> Select your preferred language db file).
3. Now, click on Patch -> Load.
4. Click on Open and then select the cmp file that you want to install.
5. When you have the list of things that will be imported (teams, kits, players) click on "Select All" and then select the option of "Transfer to new team" in Double Club Option.
6. Click on "Import".
7. Go to "teams" tab (Barcelona's crest) and check if the teams has imported correctly (search by name in the list of teams).
8. Finally, go to File -> Save.

Let's start with Argentina!

In this case, there will be two versions. This is the first version, with the teams that have been promoted to the 2016 season (Atlético Tucumán and Patronato). This year, the Primera División Argentina will change the calendar format to an european style calendar, so at the end of this short season (feb to may) will be have another promoted team. This will be uploaded in the second version.

The next country is: Colombia! These two teams (Atlético Bucaramanga and Fortaleza FC) were promoted in 2015 and they are currently playing in Colombia Primera A 2016.

What abt brazil?

Let's continue with another country: Norway. Same with Argentina and Colombia, these two norwegian teams were promoted in 2015 and they are currently playing in Tippeligaen. Since nobody made the kits for the 2016 season, I have to use the ones that EA provided in FIFA 15. If anyone wants to help, pm me.

Scottish giants Rangers have been promoted at the end of this season, ending a 4-year period in lower leagues after bankruptcy.

Cheltenham Town were promoted as a champions of National League one year later after relegation, while Grimsby Town returns to the Football League after six-year absence.

I didn't found the updated kits for Cheltenham Town, so I've assigned them the kits that EA made for FIFA 15 (2014/15 season). Also, many thanks to Mabrex for his amazing Grimsby Town's kits.

Since nobody made the updated kits for Go Ahead Eagles and Sparta Rotterdam, I have to assign the ones that EA mades for FIFA 15 in the case of Go Ahead Eagles; and for Sparta, I've modified a generic kit to create the updated kits. Again, any help will be welcomed.
