Origin to EA App transition - Fifa 16 disappeared

yes ,but the game isn't running (not even in the task manager...only the launcher appears there...)

This appeared to me sometimes but was not a problem. It means indeed that FIFA is running somewhere.
Possible steps.
1 - Close FIFA and EA App and restart both. That worked for me.
2 - Use Task Manager to close both FIFA and EA App and reopen EA App.
2 - Restart the computer and start EA App.

thanks a lot for the suggestions but i did them multiple times... all the tools that i have in my pc(and i have a lot )show that the "fifa16.exe" doesn't run

have you tried to reinstall the EA App?

I had this problem with Origin sometimes and the only solution was to open it through Origin Client Server, opening it as Administrator.
A bit unlikely it may work, but try to open EA App and/or FIFA as Administrator.

try to delete FIFA 16 folder from My Documents if there is any

And when that started to happening? Did you had EA App and played 16 before with it or u just switched now?

Is it a patched FIFA? Try to rename the FIFA main folder and put in Program Files/EA Games another FIFA main file.

What I did to be sure, was to select the folder I already had FIFA installed in, not create a new one and install FIFA afterwards. Could you try uninstalling EA app and reinstalling it this way?

You may also try to install FIFA 14, or any other, and see if the same happens, as a test.

So CM16 works fine as well?

It does not work. It won't allow you to regenerate files.
