Origin to EA App transition - Fifa 16 disappeared

First of all: before doing the transition, do a backup of your FIFA 16 folders, both the main game folder and the FIFA 16 folder under "My Documents". I saved it in an external HD to avoid any mess.

Apparently my CM16 is untouched, but only because I did the backup - I really needed it!

the EA play has deleted all my saves and configuration, even with i renaming the FIFA 16 documents folder. i don't know why this happened

I backed up everything first before I downloaded the program but I had no issues...but I have another laptop to do so we'll see what happens then....

I didn't even renamed Documents. Only main FIFA folder.
Downloaded game again, started to check if its working, exit, renames my FIFA folder with patch/stuff and thats it.

Did you set up and started the game in offline?

Maybe EA App updated your FIFA. In EA App configurations, uncheck the box "automatically update" and try to run an old backup version.

I am using 1.00 of the game and app didnt updated game and i dont need update.

Why did you told me that since i an trying to help and not looking for an answer :D

is it possible to deactivate synchronization with EA app.
I managed it at origin but I don’t know how it is with the EA app I didn’t found this option

well, no, but the servers are already off

I guess it's because the servers are no longer available for FIFA 16, but does anyone have the EA database for the winter transfers of the 15-16 season?
