Go to edit player, you will see all the players in that match and you will find which one has an error, delete their face or wait for updates to see if it is fixed.
You use FIP 16? I also have a problem with these players. Lewis in edit mode have afro but in match have short hair. ( That happens also with face and hair from fc24) Bellegarde- only face works fine , any hairs other than generic makes bug ( i try 4 different hair from other players and different facemakers)
Hello, why doesn't Lamine Yamal's face appear in the game? 
It's possible but unfortunately some of the faces are not free to get
