After installation I can select Arabic but I don't hear anything in game, I guess this is because the files are from FIFA 14. Do you have files for FIFA 16 ? Otherwise I cannot test anything.

They are different commentators than the 4 who were in FIFA16.

my idea would be record commentary call names in the game by turning rest of the volume to 0.
or, go to create player record callnames there.
