See now that really makes no sense. Why would James Bond become black? Its supposed to be the same person right?Originally posted by Hans
I say make Denzel Washington the first black Bond ever . . . I read that there used to be some plans on making a black James Bond with Denzel and Cuba Gooding Jr. as the candidates.
I'm not mad dude. I'm just saying it really doesn't make any sense.Originally posted by Hakeem

but really, I could see Denzel as a Bond type in tux and everything. of course not bond but an original one

Nope, is like "nuh uh", not really angry. Angry is..
Oh right, is he the guy from Mission Impossible 2? If so he'd be pretty good I think. I'd rathe Clive Owen though.Originally posted by Hakeem
nah, it was confirmed this Dougray Scott guy last week
I didnt like Goldeneye at all, its one of my least favourites. I really liked Tommorow Never Dies, definately my pick of the new ones. Goldfinger is my all time fav, such an awesome film, I really like From Russia with Love and A View to a Kill too. Die another Day did majorly suck though, except that fencer girl was HOT.Originally posted by PhiLLer
Goldeneye was the last decent Bond film (and even that can't compare to the Connery or Moore films) but recently they've just been stupid. Gone all sci-fi and crap like that, got no Bond charm at all.
Two very different James Bonds are being considered at the moment. Expect the choice to come from this group of guys. It’s really down to Amy Pascal’s final choice, and as I understand it, she’s in the midst of making her mind up right now. Whoever gets picked starts work soon with Martin Campbell on CASINO ROYALE.
Does she want to go with Julian McMahon, star of TV’s NIP/TUCK and this summer’s FANTASTIC FOUR, who seems like a more movie star glamorous choice, or with Daniel Craig, star of LAYER CAKE and ROAD TO PERDITION, who seems like a hard-ass take-no-**** kind of Bond?
Either way, I think I like those choices. They show more imagination than the knee-jerk “Clive Owen” contingent, and I think there’s the potential for either of these two guys to bring something new to the series, a must if it’s going to remain relevant.
