Yes but i don't know if Vélez will accpet losing Somoza to the first random club that show interest, Schiavi in the other side could leave because it could be his last chance to leave Boca.

And the coming matches.

Friday 11/11
Rosario Central vs. Banfield

Saturday 12/11
Argentinos Juniors vs. Quilmes AC
Gimnasia J. vs. Estudiantes LP
Gimnasia LP vs. Racing Club

Sunday 13/11
San Lorenzo vs. Tiro Federal
Olimpo B.B. vs. Arsenal FC
Lanús vs. Newell's Old Boys
Independiente vs. Vélez Sarsfield <-- Important match to decide the top.
Boca Juniors vs. Colón Sta. Fe
Instituto Cba. vs. River Plate

Tiro Federal won 3 matches in a row now.:o
Now things will start to get complicated for Boca because they will be playing against Colón who seems to be in the right way now, plus they will be missing players like Gago, Battaglia and Abbondanzieri, in top of that the thursday they will be playing the 2nd leg of the quarter finals of the Sudamericana with Internacional(Boca lost the 1st leg in brazil 1-0), so the supposed "fatigue" could show up.
Independiente-Vélez could be important to decide if Independiente will still fight for the championship, also what will happen in Gimnasia LP vs. Racing Club, because on how does Boca, Gimnasia could be equal with them in point and also Racing would go down again.(6)

Too late, hehehe :)

Cappa, Filliol, Rivarola, the next to be insulted is Quiroz? Marin is burning the ''idols'' of Racing...

If Mostaza goes back he will end like the others...

What is your opinion on Marin, Andy?

I think that he has done a relatively good job, I believe with him we were able to win the 2001 championship, and have done well the last couple of semesters except this one...the one thing I would criticize from him is the fact that he should get more experienced coaches. But in the end, it is all luck and team chemistry. The sale of a couple players changes the whole team dynamic, and that can have a negative effect....

Racing Won 3 to 1 against Argentinos!!! WOOOHOOO jejeje It would have been 4 to 1 if Ubeda did not miss the penalty...

Pisculichi from argentinos jrs. is amazing...and River bought Overman..? :kader:

El Diablo Rojo

Between Ubeda and Pinola i don't know who is worse, at least Pinola isn't around anymore... it's the second penalty that Racing misses in 2 matches.:boohoo:

Gorosito resigned as coach of Lanús, some former player(forgot his name) will be replacing him until December, then "Tata" Martino could arrive at Lanús.

Finally there's an offer for Gago, Chelsea offered 15,000,000€ for his transfer.:o

River got Overman but they don't use him, they should get him together with Garcia. I believe Pisculichi is still on the sight of different clubs, maybe he could end up in San Lorenzo and be stuck there until the end of his career.:funny:
That Matias Cordoba, youth from Argentinos Juniors, looks promising, it's interesting to see how many players came from Argentinos Juniors youh or even played in the main team, to count some: Coloccini, Riquelme, D'Alessandro, Sorin, Placente, between others.

Over Garcia thing in River, right now there are 3 foreign youth players at River all 3 are around 18-19, one is another colombian, the little brother of Patiño, then the other 2 one is from Ecuador and the other one is mexican.:o

Not too long left for the match between Boca and Internacional, in these quarter finals full of surprises, last night the other 2 brazilian clubs, lost(at least i was expecting them to go in), U. Catolica 2-0 won over Fluminense and UNAM won 3-0. So Vélez will be playing the semi-final with UNAM and Boca or Internacional will be playing agaiinst U. Catolica(i guess this one is being the revelation so far).

Oberman isnt ready for River...

I think that Farias, Falcao, and La Gata Fernandez are better fowards that Oberman...

But perhaps he will prove me brong...

Vélez Sarsfield vs. Olimpo B.B.
Tiro Federal vs. Argentinos Juniors

Told ya it was going to be a hard one for Boca, though the luck wasn't with eiither team on this match. The underrated Gimnasia LP joins the lead, and in an entertaining match, besides the lack of goals, Independiente gets closer, another good match of the bolivian Lorgio Alvarez, the uruguayan Sergio Orteman, the youth Sergio Agüero and Lucas Pusineri who once again scores an important goal for Independiente. Orteman is getting better and better with every match, he seems be back at his best level before the injury maybe he'll be as good as he was when he was at Olimpia and won the Libertadores.

Here are some of the great matches left...

Estudiantes vs. Independiente

Boca vs. Vélez

Estudiantes vs. Boca

River vs. Gimnasia

Boca vs. Independiente

Boca will fall, mark my words...

I think that Independiente, Gimnasia and Estudiantes are my candidates...

River is in a great streak, but we depend on other results... :boohoo:

And, Aguero...My god...what a player...he is right out of the potrero, all the class...He reminds me of the rising Aimar, Saviola, Tevez, D'alessandro, Rosales. I hope he can mantain his level in the next tournament...

The Aguero vs. Pellegrino duel was pure football.

El Diablo Rojo

Starting XI
Comparada said that he'll try to keep Agüero at Independiente the whole 2006, which could be good if Independiente qualifies to the Sudamericana.
Boca will be playing against Olimpo in Bahia Blanca the last match, and many fell there already. Could the championship be definied in another Independiente-Boca like in 2002?:o
Some say that the players of Boca were "tired" yesterday, which i guess will not make Basile happy because he once said that his players must be able to play every 72 hours. It's said that the of teams of the top Gimnasia is the one that has the easiest matches, which in my opinion is bull****, there aren't easy matches anymore.
Marini wants to leave Lanús, because he says he is tired of the supporters who don't like him. I wonder what's wrong with Lanús supporters lately?

EDIT: It was Marini no Fabbiani.:jambo:

El Diablo Rojo

"Sequeira, hijo de puta, la puta que te pario.":kader:

Here the 5 matches playes between yesterday and today.

Racing Club vs. Gimnasia J. 3-3 :boohoo:
7' FH Héctor Silva 0-1
13' FH Sebastián Romero 1-1
20' FH Diego Crosa 2-1
2' SH Marcelo Quinteros 2-2
13' SH Ruben Capria 3-2
49' SH Héctor Silva 3-3

40' SH Lucas Lobos(PK) 0-1

Banfield vs. Lanús 1-1
4' FH Franco Mendoza 1-0
7' SH Rodrigo Archubi 1-1

Estudiantes LP vs. Independiente 1-1 (:/)
10' FH Eduardo Bustos Montoya 0-1
17' SH Marcelo Carrusca 1-1

Newell's Old Boys vs. Instituto Cba. 5-0 :o
8' FH Fernando Belluschi 1-0
17' FH Fernando Belluschi 2-0
31' FH Fernando Belluschi 3-0
15' SH Ariel Ortega 4-0
27' SH Ignacio Scocco 5-0

We got nicely robbed today, that Sequiera is amazing he is an international referee, he always calls whatever he wants this match wasn't the exception,
the worst thing he made was to disallow a goal of Fabro, which if he was going to disallow it it should've been penalty for Independiente, but instead he called free kick for Estudiantes, he's showing to be a mediocre referee.:kader:
Now besides the bad refeering, some players of Independiente lost the pace in the second half like Biglia, and Eluchans who couldn't fit with the rest. And something that is getting repeated good match os Ustari saving all the crosses and shots, Caceres an unbeatable wall, and once again good match of Orteman. Hopefully Boca will screw tomorrow visiting Arsenal, like they always do there, and Gimnasia will lscrew the next, now the best thing would be that Vélez would lose tomorrow and then they tie with Boca in the week-end. But at any rate we gotta get more points to reach the main goal, the inernational cups.(6)

(Well...the next few words are of a River fan, high on football...)

Mostaza did it...!!! He gave the players a lot of confidence in themselves...

Falcao is pure River class... :hump:

Gallardo is the best, old school playmaker...A number 10 like Bochini, Alonso, Marcico...and boca bought the loser of Insua...see you in Mexico, Insua...

River will end higher in the Table than Boca...Dream Team, 11 millions dollars, and no football...

The only thing that could save Boca is the miracle man, San Carlos Bianchi...

28 goals in favor....

5 games lost, and you know what..? in the history of Apertura/Clausura era, never was a champion with 5 games lost...soooo, i think River or Gimnasia will be the first... :jambo:

No clue about Coudet, it sounds like a revenge. Meh that Sequeira is horrible, Pompei and Furchi(though Furchi wasn't as bad as usual these matches) are not far behind and they are always the same ones who screw up.

Monday 21/11
San Lorenzo vs. Newell's Old Boys

Apparently Boca wouldn't be getting a new player when the transfer window reopens, they will, instead, try some youth players. Bilos is sick again so he won't be playing against Vélez. That should be an interesting match, i see Vélez winning say 2-1. About the match against Arsenal, yes Pompei was another horrible referee of the week but Boca still played very badly got overplayed by Arsenal.
Three more coaches who leave their teams, Teiller, Cuffaro Ruso(it seems he asked for a break) and Solari(this one claims it's because of debts that Tiro Federal isn't accepting).
I guess that, Pisculichi, Archubi and Belluschi will be the ones that everybody will want in their team.:jambo:

And there's no player like Bochini.(6)

People would say that Racing's wish for a "friend" to become champion is vanishing, though it's bull**** in my opinion. Here 90% of the results.

San Lorenzo vs. Newell's will be played tonight.

Maybe once again i could apply the phrase "Independiiente lost 1-1", once again the team played well made a goal but then in the second half for some reason the players lost the pace, and it ended receiving the draw near the ending. Unlike the wednesday were Independiente got the chance stolen, now Independiente lost the chance to be closer, however Independiente still has to play against Boca and got to see how will Boca and Gimnasia perform in the rest of the matches, Gimnasia had too many troubled with Tiro Federal, though Gimnasia deserved to win. The wednesday Boca will have to play against U. Catolica and Vélez against UNAM for the semi-finals of the Sudamericana.

Apparently Ortega would return to River in January, the negiotiations would be closed this week. I wonder what's Newell's plan another player leaves(plus Villar and Maidana will more likely leave too) i don't see them getting past the group stages in the Libertadores.

In the second division Godoy Cruz won 1-0 over Juventud Antoniana so they still lead the table with 34 points the 2 followers, Huracan drew 2-2 with CAI in an interesting match and Chacarita Juniors won 3-0 over San Martín de Mendoza, both teams follow Godoy Cruz with 30 points. Next matchday(tomorrow) Godoy Cruz will visit the recently relegated Almagro who could have some chances if they win, they have 26 points, Chacarita Juniors will visit Juventud Antoniana tomorrow and Huracan will visit Nueva Chicago the wednesday.

36' FH José Saturnino Cardozo 2-1
45' FH José Saturnino Cardozo 3-1

4- Independiente 28 <- We aren't out of the fight yet.(6)

9- Ezequiel Maggiolo(Olimpo B.B.) 7
9- Ruben Capria(Racing Club) 7
9- Radamel Falcao Garcia(River Plate) 7
9- Marcelo Gallardo(River Plate) 7

The coming matchday, the 17th.

Friday 25/11
Banfield vs. San Lorenzo

Saturday 26/11
Arsenal FC vs. Lanús
Tiro Federal vs. Racing Club
Vélez Sarsfield vs. Rosario Central

Sunday 27/11

Quilmes AC vs. Gimnasia J.
Newell's Old Boys vs. Argentinos Juniors
Colón Sta. Fe vs. Instituto Cba.
River Plate vs. Gimnasia LP
Estudiantes LP vs. Boca Juniors

Hmm... River will not want Boca to be the champion and Estudiantes will not want Gimnasia to be the champion, wonder what will happen there, the best for Independiente besides winning against Olimpo, would be Central to win over Vélez, Estudiantes to win over Boca and River to win over Gimnasia.

Apparently Paolo Montero would be leaving football, the odd thing is that he didn't talk with the people of San Lorenzo, right now he is in Uruguay.

Another loss for Newell's, Ezequiel Garay, defender of Newell's, he played for Argentina in the U20 world cup, will go to Racing de Santander when the tournament ends.

Racing Club vs. River Plate <- :nape:

Excellent match of Pusineri and Orteman.:rockman:
It seems that the problem of playing well until the 1st goal and then screwing up is solved, at least it was against Olimpo.
Is it me or River and San Lorenzo are playing worse with every new match?

Bastia will return to Racing at the end of the tournament, i pity him.
Almerares is injured and won't be able to play the rest of the matches, and Gallardo got a 4 matches suspension.
