we were made to look like boys against lyon.apart from Heinze,Wes,Ruud,Ronaldo no player gave their best.
giggs looks jaded,does not have anymore pace,keane is no longer the steel man and scholes sems to drop form since retiring from england.
we need rio badly and also the attack of rooney and saha
as for ruud,he is a livin legend

Heinze and Brown are quite good. should Ferdie give a chance to Brown in the Liverpool game? Heinze+Brown+Ferdinand+P.Neville will be good.Kleberson will be able to replace Scholes.

Howard - not on form, a mistake give cristiano cris score the first goal
O'shea - give away possesion at the far side and cost the second goal
Brown - made few bravery tackle and have a nice game
Silvestre - seems not really on form, still quite sloppy
Heinze - very hardworking, try his best to win every ball
Giggs - look jadded, no pace
Djemba - same as usual, always give away ball
Keane - very quiet, i almost thought he not playing
Ronaldo - still tricky and pacy, good cross assist nistelrooy score the first goal
Scholes - make 2 clear off the line save united
van Nistelrooy - no need me explain, 2 goals scorer and record breaker

What i don't uinderstand is why is Giggs suddenly so jaded?? He had like the break off since WAles wasn't in Euro... So he can't possibily be tired.... He just seems really flat... hope SAF get in there and solve the problem...and quickly...
Keane may be losing some of his skills, but he's sill Roy Keane and will force his way into plays and to steal balls. He singlehandedly carried the entire team for a while last year when our offense was plagued by injuries. Although he's not the same player he was, he's still one of the best DCMs in the world, just no longer the undisputed best.
As for Scholes and Giggs, these two are offensive midfielders. Their position is almost characterized by inconsistancy. Given, Giggs and Scholes tended to be a bit more consistent than most other wingers and offensive mids, but basically all of these players have downsings and upswings. Scholes, I think, needs to be replaced ASAP, but Giggs is still showing some flashes of brilliance and isn't as much of a glaring problem.
For the future, we may have to switch Ronaldo to the left and put Fletcher in at the right because left wingers are so hard to find.
I still think that we shold have tried for Deco.

Anyway, the game was a dissapointment, i tryed to prepare myself for not winning but after the HT ended 0-2 i was yelling and throwing things around my room.I saw 2 totally different Ronaldos, in the first half he seemed to be tired after 3rd minute, didnt do anything worth mentioning execpt few situations, in the 2nd half he was really good, class cross by Cris and superb header from Ruud.
Now we have to get 3 points from Liverpool match, altho it will be VERY hard
Hope that Ruud will get even better for the next match
