I think he played liverpool this season as well, he played well.
Yep, don't have a problem with Henrique in goal. He's better than he gets credit for.
The injury list is growing fast. I know we have all sorts of back ups, but we have lost some influencial players so far, with Cech being the latest one. Ah well, we'll muddle through no doubt.
Good game against Inter I thought. I enjoyed the game, and I was glad we got the away goal. Very important. Nothing between the teams really, could have gone either way.
On the night we were understandably a little hesitant I think, because of our makeshift defence. Having Malouda as left back was a wierd one, but as his confidence grew we began to play better. Frank was still recovering from the virus too, which slowed him down a lot.
Another stonewall penalty waved away. It's beyond a joke.
Looking forward to the return leg at the Bridge. We have enough by far to win that I think. Unless things get any worse that is.
did you see his goalkicks against Inter? atrocious! and on multiple occasions too ... he got away with all of them though, but it doesn't mean they will be forgotten (by Inter) ...
He made two low ones just after he came on to replace Cech. You could see he was a bit pumped up, and he settled down pretty quickly and did well after that. Not much advantage for Inter there I think. Henrique will be solid.
As bad as they were, they all went either to a Chelsea player or out of harm's way. I'm not bothered by it at all, I'm sure the goalkeeping staff will be pointing that out to him.
Again, this is not a young and upcoming goalkeeper we're talking about.
I probably rate Hilario as the best number two goalie in the league.
When he came in for us against Liverpool earlier this season, he was outstanding.
And for a period, I thought we should drop Petr and give him a chance but Petr upped his game. Which is another reason why I appreciate Hilario's presence in the team even more.
haha, look at the kid face
That. Was. Epic.
TY for the 6 points. I hope Ballack gets hit by a mack truck.
as the south africans say, "eish, man" ...
Great gesture by bridge. Terry did not deserve a handshake.
And I also like to add.. what classless bunch of chelsea fans. Booing Bridge??? What the heck did he do?
I loved how the home fans boo'd Bridge like he's the one who did something wrong in all this
Hey, he ****ed John Terry's future bang. He had it coming!
Tevez, what a guy, and he should ****ed terry. I Loved his goal celebration.
I cannot understand that Chelsea' fans booed Bridge. How come?
A minority of the fans didnt boo him, and actually gave him a standing ovation when Mancini substituted him.
But horrific refereeing, but props to city for taking the game to us.
"You guys make a lot more of it. I know what JT is like and nothing surprises me about him. Everyone knows what he's like. But that's off the pitch. On it he's an outstanding player and a great captain."
When Craig Bellamy can take the moral high ground against you, it's time to reevaluate your moral choices.
Bellamy, what a legend. I would say I want to have his kids, but JT would probably end up sleeping with him too.
When I left home we were winning 1-0, wtf?
The fans started booing Bridge after the City fans booed Terry. Just mindless insults, I can't wait for this **** to be over and done with.
It's a big shame that how one bitch can cause all of these issues.
I feel sorry for both players. Chelsea fans had no right to boo Terry and same goes about the City fans!!!! I feel sorry for both players.
Maybe a legend can solve their issues at least professionally.
Zola probably doesn't care.
