EPL Day 6: Manchester Derby (United vs. City) [P+R]

Very relieved we still managed to win after gifting City 2 goals! Rio and Foster are two very very lucky boys as SAF would've given them the works if Owen hadn't scored! They are lucky Keano's gone, else he probably would've snapped their legs himself!

Interesting strategy of sacking the coach that just won the league. Thought you guys would've learnt from last time. It's as if your board don't actually want to win the league!

Welcome back Becks. Wonder if anyone is still saying Becks is shyt. I mean, all he did in the WC was score goal and provide assists, he didn't make any run at defenders. Look at him now, he's still the same, utter shyt.

Looking forward to that guard of honour at stamford bridge. It would be sweet!! As for the game, I hope we play some youngsters, to reduce the chance of the first XI getting injured for the FA final.

To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if we do get docked points and nothing happen to Everton. However if they fail to even dock points on West Ham, i don't see how they can justify docking points on us. But then its the FA. I bet Ball will be playing next week.

We got outplayed and our defense made some pretty basic error. But really, there isn't alot any team can do with the amount injury to our backline recently, so probably don't need to read too much into it. What worry me more is that when Ronaldo has a quiet day, we basically resort to long...

Signing Owen to play as replacement for Fletcher/Oshea is rubbish. Owen will need to start, but who would you drop from our midfield? Carrick is doing a fine job, Scholes, Giggs and Ronaldo are undroppable. If we get Owen, chances are we'll go back to 4-5-1, which nobody wants.

There's not much SAF could've done to the team selection given 3 starters were injured. The team he sent out should've won, easily. However this could be a blessing because SAF can give the playerse a bollocking and bring them back on the ground. If we were going to lose a match, this would've...

Carrick is not good enough to replace Scholes... at least not yet. Too many of his killer passes got intercepted against Liverpool... .or completely miss the target... Maybe later on when he build some understanding with the other players will we finally reap some benefit from him on a...

Well up until now, they havn't won at home yet (6) And a bit of banter is what keep this forum intersting. I guess Vidic and Heinze ready to come back, and Rio's getting worried about his starting 11.... and if he wasn't worried, he should start worrying. He's been sub-par. Just...

Since we are enjoying one of the best starts ever, without Rooney and Scholes, I do not understanding why SAF not retiring is bad news. It seems that SAF is starting to make the hard & tough decisions again and slowly steering us back to where we want to be. And Glazers won't force SAF out...

I much rather have Carrick playing regularly and OH stay in Bayern then OH playing here and Carrick sitting on the bench Last thing we need is to be like Chelsea, spend mega bucks on players and put them on the bench.

It is kinda refreshing that we no longer go into games against our competitors as underdogs. And thats the way it should be.
