My hard drive is gone

What happened bro? If your laptop broke but your hard drive didn't, you can still access all your data

I know your feeling.

I lost the HDD last week. You can't even imagine what I lost. It was a FIFA 16 collection of mods since it came out...you can't find those files anywhere now.

It's external HDD drive, that just did fell down once too often.
Laptop had a broken display, which I recently replaced for a nice sum of money. And now this

the new one has arrived
the pro is it's internal SSD
the con is it's empty

but at least I can bounce back

Hi Guys @Skoczek @nikolapfc89 There is in 90% of your cases with your Drives not true that the Data on the Drives is completly lost! Why? I am having this upturner with deleted Data 4 times in the last 5 years. Over 6 or 7 TB in those 5 years. After my first drive decided to delete his 4 TB of collections of old FIFA mods especially from FIFA 16 I decided to deep search in the Internet till I found a good solution with recovery software. I know what you say now, it costs money, a lot of often. And you don´t know if you paid it you get your Data back. This is my recommendation of a software I use since years and which saved my ass 2 times from newly data loss other than my 2 first times where I was too lazy to search.

Forget free software! Doesn´t give a deep search on your lost drives. Check the Video above. It´s pretty simple to use the data recovery software. I saw your one drive is viewable @Skozcek in your Windows Explorer. This means it is just not lost, but maybe some sectors are damaged on that drive. But the software can recover to 80-100% of your lost data.

Guys, I really writing this because I really know how hard it is to lost valueable collections when modding Games like FIFA Games. Just wanna let you know that. Oh btw, I don´t use the paid Version of the recovery Software. There are other ways to achieve your goal without paying 50-100 Dollar for a software which is pretty worse.
If you interested in recovering your drives write me in PM. For now, do not format your drives by any means. This would delete really all left and hidden Data.
You would only need much time for the recovery process. With a deep scan of the software and than the recovery process itself I need 24-40 hours without shutting your PC down off course. Speaking from a recovery of a 4 TB drive. Of course depending on your cpu speed it went faster. If you have 2 TB or lesser it runs faster of course.
Leave it or take it, Guys. It´s up to you how valuable your drives was.

Thanks for all those words of compassion, but the screenshot you mention - that's empty drive is the SSD I bought and plugged in.
Old HDD drive, which got damaged, is mechanically corrupted. Windows gives a sound something was connected, but drive doesn't display anymore and isn't detected as drive to even look in, let alone for any software to retrieve data from it.
It could probably be retrieved if it was software corruption, but it's a hardware one.

Don't worry though, even though I can't access it, it still lays in one of my drawers waiting for that one day, I'm not throwing it away anytime soon.

Arrgh, Thats really hard to read! I just thought your empty drive would be only lurking in the dark.
My last accident is just 2 weeks ago. And I was able only to recover 50-60% this time. So as I read your Guys posts I get rememberd. Anyways, I wish you more luck next time.

Man I feel terrible for you, and I hope you get trough this!

I think this is one of my biggest nightmares.

Goodluck and I hope the community can help you to get back.

broooo I can feel your pain. But fortunately I could save everything before my hdd come to its death - Something i have learned: always keep a pendrive with 1tb at least with the most important things
