Hyundai A-league .cmp patch

Quick Update - the Asian Superpatch mentioned in previous pages is looking good, it will include a few of the biggest Asian leauges and the Champions leauge, which will be great for career mode.

Also I'm starting to think a lot about the next version of the A-league patch - we obviously want to update it to the new season, kits shouldn't be too hard to start doing now as teams are playing pre-season games. Anyone interested in doing some faces - I've never tried them myself, but with stadiums and plenty of other enhancements, faces would be nice - especially for some of the more famous players.

yes, but now the pre-season cup has started we can see the actual kits, rather than drawings of them :)

plus the new patch needs to get rid of nz and replace them with wellington and have to add the new jerseys and new players

i can work on getting the updated rosters
and i can work on getting the new away jerseys and hopefully we can get this done in the next few days if u want matt

new kits arent being used in pre season cup i dont think, well at least sydney, wellington, queensland arent from what i've seen but central coast, melbourne and perth have released their kits to the public so you can find real pictures of them around the place

plus new away jerseys are going to be the same as the ones everyone used last year (of course exception with wellington as they are a new team)

Hey I've been listening to those Club Songs on the A League Site, Maybe you could use them in Sound Master as Team Intros? (H) (6)

EDIT: There's only two songs "Victory the Brave" and "Sydney FC for Me"

From what I've seen - Adelaide, Melbourne and Perth (at least) have used their new kits in the pre-season cup.

That Wellington Kit is interesting - I wouldn't think it would be the away kit, as it would clash with teams like Melbourne. Wellington's home kit was revealed in that FourFourtwo thing, but it is not this kit. I would guess that either this is their home kit, or just a pre-season kit.

The songs is a good idea - they usually play the A-league theme-song (which is not know for season 3 yet) before each game... I know Melbourne usually plays their "Victory the Brave" song after games, but we could just use the one song for all teams. I'd also like to use soundmaster to do a commentary thing, because many players have the commentary for their name, but it is not assigned to them.

For making kits, I think it would be good if one person did all the kits (probably me) as that way you get them all standard, logo's the same size etc. as in real life.

Anyone out there consider themselves a real expert on the a-league and want to do the rosters? Prehaps (as I'm sure we all know our teams much better than the other teams) we could each do a roster for the teams we follow - and then I'd take them and balance them so that teams are at a realistic level compared to each other.

It still aint workin for me!

Okay guys, couldn't solve the minor problem of the tournament name so you'll have to type it in yourself, but here is the patch:

Enjoy - and be sure to report any bugs etc. here.

Hey matt, i love the effort you put in..you said this second patch will fix the manager mode problem, but the patch does nothing and it seems to be the same patch as the first one you released...can someone help me, how do i get a-league manager mode workin?

thanks
