HELP How to Add More Teams in a League for Carrer Mod ?

I'm currently replacing the Australian league (A-league) for making it a second division.
But the A-league got only 13 teams, so I add 3 more to make it 16.
It worked until I just realise that in carrer mod, there's only 13 teams that are randomly slects and not 16.
Can someone help me ?
