Hyundai A-league .cmp patch

These stadiums would be a great addition to the game.... btw Matt when installing the patch with CEP 4.0 already installed what do i do because i will have the CEP A-league and a seperate hyundai a-league... this really means i will have 2 of the same league installed... what should be done to fix this so the game doesnt crash?

Have you tried it? To be honest I haven't tried it - but Creation Master usually deals with this, and will hopefully go through and replace the correct leagues/players etc.

Well it looks to have replaced all the teams and players but there are still to leagues and i think an extra finals series....

I've looked at it more closely, what you can do when importing is in the import screen, find the leagues and select them to replace the leagues already in game. In my patch there are 2 different finals series, one for tournament mode, one for career mode.

With the play-offs which 1 do i use to replace the current tournament and which 1 do i use to create as a tournament?

it shouldn't really matter - you are completely replacing the tournaments so the only thing in common between the one you are importing and the one you are replacing is the tournament id.

I would probably replace the tournament in the cep with "finals series" - this is the one used in career so that is the smart one to do.

EDIT: You'll have to rotate the whole stad 90 degres too, as it wont fit the FIFA 07 template in its current dimensions.

I like your Suncorp, ausbarca, need to get the roof a bit better though - It was easy for me to make hindmarsh as I go there so often and have a heap of photos.

I like your Suncorp, ausbarca, need to get the roof a bit better though - It was easy for me to make hindmarsh as I go there so often and have a heap of photos.

yer i have only ever been to sfs, bluetongue, eas and telstra dome so the others i do wont be as good

It really needs a gap under the roof, as you can see in this picture:

I've been to Suncorp once, it really has a nice open feel to it because of the gaps under the roof.

Matt,

You have done an outstanding job, really well done on the patch. Looks like alot of hard work has gone into it.

One or two comments though. Firstly, I wish you hadn't played with the Socceroo's so much, there were some unnecessary changes made there I think. Do you have a full log of all changes made by any chance? Also, I admit I have only played as a few of the teams at this stage, but everyone's overall score is in the 60's. This is pretty off. And even though the 6 million dollar budgets are probably accurate, they should be less to scale with the skill like the rest of the leagues. As much as I love the A-league, I would probably put them equal or under English League Two. Third, I had some issues with players disappearing off the squad list during a game. Two or so of the players near the bottom of the list seem to drop off? Maybe I have too many players, will look into it more though if you like.

Lastly, love the GGarmy banners and the rest of the banners. Lots of hard work has been put in, nice work mate

I agree that the A-league's quality is maybe a touch high, but I think you are being harsh. I looked a lot at comparisons between the A-league and the K-league (best comparison to make I think). I even went along to watch Adelaide play the Korean champion in the Asian Champions league, and Adelaide certainly played the better football.

Thanks for replying mate. In terms of the Socceroos, I do like what you did with the formation and current line up, but I suppose what I would like to know is how much did you tweak some of the more regular players, such as Grella, Bresciano etc. Was there major tweaking going on or just little bits as you saw fit?

Also, thanks for letting me know about the quality of football comparitively with the K-league. I suppose I was a bit too harsh on the boys!

Any ideas about the players dropping out of the subs list?

What do you mean by players dropping off the subs list, there should only be four substitutes as there is in the A-league.
