Only 5? When I did weights, I used to do 12-20 depending on what it was, and 30 minimum for abs. Why is 5 heavy better than 10 medium?

You can worry about getting big like Shaqiri when you start to actually build muscle. That's such a lame excuse.

And yes, heavier weights and sprints. But building muscle is most important as you will burn more calories at rest if you have muscle. Finally, your diet is probably even more important. Cut out as much refined sugar and processed foods. Get plenty of protein.

Well then lifting plus whey protein mixed in chocolate milk no more than 30 minutes after. But realize that burning fat is very difficult if you eat like ****. I guess I don't know how you eat.

huh guys any tips i ve been eating like 10 cups of rice with lots of other foods , chip ,ice creams stuffs like that but i cant seem to get fat i just want to get fat a little than excercise to get a normal BMI

He's 13. Don't worry about it too much right now kid. Do some light lifting under supervision. If you're doing this to get girls, it's not necessary. Become cool, hang out with the popular kids, drink, smoke weed, go to parties. That's how you get girls in high school, not by looking good. Sure that can help, but no one is going to have a killer body, even the athletes. If you are THAT skinny, I'd advise you do to a lot of abdominal exercises to make your ab muscles pop. You can probably fool a lot of people thinking you're in great shape if you get a 6 pack when in reality it should be exceptionally easy if you really have no fat on you.

And if you're doing it for any other reason, it's unlikely that you can do it healthily at your age anyway.

If you're going by this method you absolutely need to make sure you have long rest periods between the large weight reps

I meant that if he wants to look better to get girls, it's much more effective to become cool and popular. Unless he's training for rugby or football what am I gonna tell him at 13 to do to get bigger healthily? When you're 17 you have an idea of what you'll become as a man, but not 13. Just ride it out for a few years and spend that time becoming popular so you can smash teenage girls because you'll regret it if you don't.

I am well not that much alot of people know me in school about 70 % of the students in my school know me i also hang out with the popular students which are more higher than like the 3rd year and while in my clas im the f***ing law

Drink and smoke nah that i will never do man smoking kills same as to drinking drinking is crap man and it taste like crap same as to smoking

Oh those situps work and i am also been trying to do push ups ended up doing 10 and than my body gave up
