I got a fantastic outcome. I noticed the first effects after just few days; after 42 days the result is brilliant and I'm thinking about continuing it. I'm skinny so it's easier for me to see the results though. Here's an advice; do not skip exercises even if you feel tired.Filipower;3113082 said:How did it work?

I'm not saying go all Supersize Me and that, not even saying specifically McDonalds, but gaining weight shouldn't be a problem with the amount of stuff you're able to find out there. And please, one Big Mac every once in a while isn't that bad for you!
For some diet plan for gaining mass you will need pretty amount of money to expend in order to fully follow that.Tosiek;3113302 said:I have a question.
My metabolism doesn't let me be a fat person(which is good) but it also doesn't let me gain some extra kilos in any way. I've tried to eat more than I usually do but it didn't work. So my question is-do you guys have any diet on mind that would help me out? I know, proteins FTW but I'm thinking of a real diet with schedule and described types of meal I should eat etc. I do not want any chemical boosters to be included in this diet or anything like that.
