Eden Dzeko 0 Manchester City
Cristiano Ronaldo 0 RealMadrid
MEssi - Barcelona
Robin Van Purse-Strings - Manchester United
PSG - Zlatan Ibrahimovic

How its a return to the dynasty of the 70s / 80s, being back in their "rightful place", that their back on their perch blah blah blah

2 teams stand out:
The Barcelona dynasty was practically deemed over after their drop in form for the short period of time without Messi. In fact, they did fall and if it were not for him returning to save them they would be out of the race by now. Manchester has fallen.
As for the others:
The PSG comparison is not particularly relevant to the EPL since Ligue 1 is rubbish, even with Monaco. I am thinking more of the CL - without Zlatan, PSG is nothing against the top Euro teams.
I can't remember Ronaldo having missed an extended period of time at Madrid, so I don't think RM has proven anything thus far.
ManCity are in a weird situation - with Aguero out, it is Dzeko or else. To some extent, I see them as being somewhat similar to RM.
