Maybe this was asked before, but i didn't found anything.

Is there a way to add a specific crowdplacement file to a stadium?
I added some specific Stadiums to teams, but now the crowdplacement is wrong, as the stadiummodel changed.

Would it be possible to "split" the kits by their 3 parts (jersey, shorts and socks) kinda like you've added the code to load the edited models to make the classic shorts?

My idea behind this would be to try and find a workaround for the fact that the kit selection screen doesn't display the alternate or color clash kits unless they're added to the db.

Do you think something like this would be doable?

Edit: I've been rethinking my previous question and think I might have found an alternative suggestion: What if there was a way to divide the kit overlay files into two categories?

One for badges and patches and the second one would be for the actual kit textures;

Maybe if there was a way to assign the overlays (the kit textures) based on the color clash of the kits, the alternative kits could be displayed in the kit selection screen without the need to add record to the db.

I actually added support for this and completely forgot about it.

This is not possible with lua modding. Try stadium server or adding the new stadium to the DB instead.

I did some testing and it is possible to use shirts, shorts and socks from different files. I had previously tried to do this for a previous FIFA (13?) but without success. This is very interesting to me as it gives the possibility of new features. However, I could already easily swap what kit is shown in the kit selection screen without doing this.

This is quite an interesting idea for the kit selection menu. The main problem however is that the home team's kit choice is not selected at this point. While realistically this would always be the home kit, a user could choose alternate kits or classic kits instead. Also, a home kit variant is sometimes used in some competitions (e.g. Man United wear white socks in UEFA competitions), it is not possible to know the tournament ID in the kit selection screen to take this into account.

The kit overlay files can only apply to the shirt, not the shorts and socks.

have you ever thought In release a new version? Maybe with 3D wipes, change kit model for referee in tournament mod, fan cards, more features as pc version.

I am going to have a go at this, it will be a preview rather than the definitive decision as I must assume the default home kit is chosen for the home team. This will also help for testing my new ideas.

It would be possible to add support for models with the armband on the right arm, you would need to edit a lot of models to do this fully though.

This is possible. You need to assign a different accessory in the DB (e.g. ankle tape) and use this mod to swap it for the winter gloves.

Actually it doesn't take much editing of the models, mate.

When I first thought about it I was under the impression that it would involve some mad modelling work but when I got to the practical execution side I figured all it takes is some basic mirroring without mirroring the uv maps :)

Users should note that the next version of this mod will quite likely be the last version for FIFA 16. Suggestions for new features should be made soon or otherwise may not be included until FIFA 17.

Very good idea about the mirroring. A few of the models have asymmetric collars but this would not be very noticeable. Still a lot of models to edit though, unless you only want to apply to small number of players so only edit the ones which apply to them. I will add support for this.

I believe it's possible to mirror specific parts of the mesh (I haven't tested this yet) but it should be doable. I'll do some testing on mirroring just the arms first

My question is:put the classic shorts - liked.And of course I added a few more commands,writing in the 1900 clone .Everything works,everything is fine,but only disappeared gloves for goalkeepers and the referee shows the card,but I don't see them,the empty hand:) Maybe someone knows what's the problem?

I've maybe found a bug mate... I edited Paraguay's kits to have fron kit numbers in every single one of them, but they must collide with kitsoverlay. When I played a match for WC qualifiers I had the regular kit, without numbers on the front part of it Can you have a look?

What exactly have you done? If you are using the removeClassicKitGKGloves statement GK gloves will be removed from some classic kits. I am not aware of a bug for red and yellow cards.

I created the rx3 files to have the front numbers in a different colour than the back ones, but when I played against this team for the WC qualifiers, they had no front numbers. So all these rx3 were not used. But in player edit mode I see them normally. I will try them in a kick-off match to see if they work properly and let you know. If they work, then it must be a kitoverlay issue (I guess). I hope I was clear this time...
