Manchester United is not something special for me ,but it is for it's fans and that's what matters most.
ManUtd never had some superb ability to come back.That's just what delighted fans made up to improve their image of the club.
For me ,Barcelona ,a team who won their first title in 4 years at the start of this season ,is my absolute no.1.
When we started with bad results ,no one was saying that a "dinasty" would end.Clubs like Barca and ManUtd won't end.
They have their ups and downs ,but will always be amongst the best.
Newsflash for ManUtd fans:your club can't win Premiership every year ,nor can they win the CL nor the cup.You have an ordinary team ,that's where I agree with manufan.Your team has no special powers nor abnormal abilties of a miracle comeback like at Nou Camp against bayern.That kind of comeback won't happen for you in the next century or so.
But where I disagree with manufan is when he says it's over.
ManUtd is 3rd ,tied with CFC.What's wrong with that?
You guys have to accept the harsh reality of things that Arsenal is twice a team ManUtd is (at the mo).They are magnificent ,but their reign will come to an end eventually ,and ManUtd ,or some other team ,will be at the top of England.
I ,as a Barca fan ,know that Barca will too again become the champion of Spain someday.Maybe next year ,maybe the year after.But the fact is ,they will.Real Madrid won't be no.1. forever.They will fall eventually.I believe that.
Every club fails now and then.But the big clubs come back.ManUtd will too.
Your team needs time to recover from the loss of Becks.Besides ,even if you had him ,it probably wouldn't do you much good because Arsenal is still better.It's like that now.Maybe next season you will be better.
But you CAN'T BE THE BEST ALL THE TIME.
