he's your best midfielder. if rijkaard doesn't put him in the starting eleven i think he must leave, a player of his quality can't be a substitute
xavi and iniesta are fantastic players but deco is better than any of them

Did you watch him last year much? Iniesta was our best midfielder last year.

I agree that Deco is class... no doubt. His talent is right up there and when he works hard he is great in the midfield going forward as well as coming back. I found he seemed disinterested at times last season...

btw, I recently saw pics of Laporta when Barca was over in Asia in soccer gear and stuff, and BOY has that man aged considerably in his four years or so at the helm, eh? Probably more so than Bush has in his 8yr tenure, man.....sheesh! I'm only going by that fly-on-the-wall doc that was done on him and his crew around the time of the elections and the Ronaldinho signing so in that 4yr span, he's gone from this young and freshly faced lawyer-type, to this seriously deteriorating and devastated toad, man

its not disinterest, deco is class no doubt, he only showed shades of his talent last season however as he had his head stuck too far up his own arse, deco clearly feels he has nothing to prove to nobody and it shows, he doesnt have the same intensity/passion as xavi and iniesta would

i rate iniesta incredibly high, i recon he is one of the most under-rated players in europe, he very rarely doesnt get the job done, he is a great modern day all rounder, he can create chances, get back and defend and he never stops one of my true favourites

btw its seems the deco deal is getting stronger and stronger, the price tag is what iam curious about, if barca would sell him for less than 20 million, either rijkaard is counting with motta or he is already thinking lampard is a done deal.
