That would be exactly my line-up, with Messi.

Though, like I've said in the match thread, Rijkaard may play with Motta and Edmilson. I think that's the only doubt, Motta or Iniesta. I think Edmilson and Deco will have their spot for sure. Perhaps Rijkaard surprises all us with van Bommel.. I don't think so.

I don't know if Iniesta could play at his best on that pitch so I think that that probable midfield Edmilson-Deco-Motta is the better choice for the first leg.

The list of players who will travel to London is:
GK: Valdés, Jorquera
DF: Gio, Sylvinho, Belletti, Puyol, Márquez, Oleguer
MF: Edmilson, Van Bommel, Iniesta, Motta, Deco
FW: Ronaldinho, Messi, Ezquerro, Eto'o, Larsson.

Giuly's still injured.

The Von Trapps
on an aside,

Does anyone know where I can get a version of these 'supporter smileys' for Barca?

according to sky sports, gallas isn't playing for chelsea tomorrow!

this is exactly how barca lost when we came to london, we had a last min injury to our backline, and by the time our makeshift backline figured out what was going on, we were down 3-0. hopefully barca can take advantage of the shuffled chelsea back for and make it count as well.

come on barca!!!!!!

I still don't believe it. I'll believe it when the game starts and Gallas is not playing. It would be good news. Anyway if Ronaldinho plays at his best, it won't matter who plays.

Great game by Messi, Ronaldiho, and specially Marquez who participated in

both of Barca's goals. In the first goal he indirectly participated because he

was beign marked by Terry who scored an own goal while covering Marquez.

In the second goal Marquez crossed a superb pass by first touch with his left

foot to Eto'o....

ah, after the events in Madrid, we shall certainly try our utmost to return your favour ...

Well played Barcelona ! For a horrible minute I thought you were going to get beaten by Chelsea's ten players.

And Messi - I take back what I said , he is even better than Rooney. See you guys in the finals. :jap:

Marquez is playing at a superb level. Awsome. You can always trust on him.

Edmilson also did a great game on wednesday, although he's not that regular.

It's hard to think of la Liga now after the euphoria of the CL but today Barça play Zaragoza at La Romareda. It's the perfect match after the Chelsea game, because with other rival they may relax, but after what happened in Copa del Rey in Zaragoza, they will want revenge and they know that it's a tough stadium.

Oleguer will get his deserved rest. Giuly is still injured. If he wasn't, he would play because he always does after a good performance from Messi. We have to take care of Leo. Still, Rijkaard can play Larsson.

22:00 local time.
