the defence will be a lot tighter against chelsea when marquez goes back to the central spot. oleguer in the middle has never worked out well for us. we really need to buy someone else in that position, because we are horribly exposed whenever oleguer has to play there.

If something hasn't happen to belletti, I think he will start instead of oleguer. That is if rei. is going out offensive.

oleguer is better at RB than beletti. he leaves the back too exposed, and we can't risk that playing a team like chelesa who attack a lot from the wings. i would be estatic if we can go into the return leg with a one-goal lead, especially bringing the away goal back. its been a while since we've had this many players fit and available, so lets see what happens on wednesday. marquez, motta, and puyol are going to have to be at the top of their game to deal w/ chelsea's ariel threat, and if we can just hold firm at the back, i have full faith in our offence to break through the chelsea defence.

ronaldhino always plays really well in big games (milan and chelsea last year, real madrid this year), so lets hope for the same in this game. its great that he got to play over the weekend, otherwise he'd be slightly rusty for this one. regardless, it should be a cracking game!

does anyone else have other formation suggestions?
