I had the same problem. I had to uninstall intel hd graphics driver. And then the tool worked for me.

to be honest，i just want to add pc textures into switch rx3 kits files(not change sleeve and shorts,keep socks),because of higher quality textures,can you help me.thanks

I installed all the necessary requirements but the Microsoft Visual c++ 2022 Redistributable (Arm64) setup failed. Is there any way to fix this or maybe the tool might just not work on my PC?

i think you didnt install the correct version
idk what arm64 is for
but x86 is for 32bits windows
and x64 is for 64 bits windows
you can check what you need by right click-proprieties on your "my pc"

arm64 is for Windows for ARM-based hardware

Dmitri, do you see any chance that with your program it will be possible to perform conversions that are fully compatible with FIFA12/13/14 versions? (for example from FIFA 23 PC kits) Thanks in advance!

I think the precision difference indicated earlier still exists:
