Open run box and type " %temp " and there you will see a folder named fifa converter temp open it and you will see the resized pngs even if the tool doesnt workMaybe a video clip will make it more clear

I decompressed the file, on Temp folder I have only crest
I tried also with PC kits and all textures are in Temp folder, but still not in output folder

@lovecx , the pc kit textures you extracted and converted are good but for fifa 14 the top needs to be converted to 1024x1024 i am currently working on it
But don't you think resizing to 1024x1024 reduces the quality of the kits?
