dipset, its all media rubbish don't believe any of it......the tabloids are just trying to unsettle us.....apparently, hating Chelsea is the trendy thing to do nowadays and the media is just playing on that.......

I don't think that JT is backstabber, it was evident since last season Abramovich couldn't work with Mourinho, and when it comes down to it, the owner has the last say.......Mourinho leaving was unavoidable to be honest.....

and I don't think Roman wants control over tactics and team affairs, he just wants a coach who could put out team that plays entertaining football, but his decision to replace Mourinho at this time of the season was surely a mistake, but its happened so we've gotta deal with it......keep our heads up and keeping playing for results.............

That is bollocks and you know it. That was Man U fans booing.

Didy.....you are a fu<king disgrace. That "russian clown" saved Chelsea from oblivion you idiot. I guess you only joined us AFTER that.

And Kulixs....we've tolerated you here long enough mate. If you wanna take the piss then fu<k off back to the Man U thread.

didy and treble41....I suggest you 2 do the same. Chelsea does not need tossers like you.

MIKE DEAN 2 - CHELSEA 0

You have your opinion on Abramovich but other fans don't have to agree with it, Obviously he's done lots of good things for Chelsea but he is ******* up right now and possibly ruined our whole season. We still support the club but when someone is doing something to hurt the club the fans need to speak out against it. Call me what ever you like but I support Chelsea not Abramovich.

When I say Man U aren't gonna get better than this, I meant their team isn't gonna get better than this, and their overall season. Last year was their peak. Ferguson's an amazing manager but once he retires, I don't think they'll replace him.

Anyways, I really admire Abrahimovich, he's an ambitious man. He's not satisfied with great, he wants more. Bringing in a different sort of manager I think could bring the club forward and maybe make it bigger. Besides, he would've looked a lot stupider at the end of the season if he'd decided to part ways with Mourinho after we probably won at least one trophy this year if Mourinho had still been around. And if Mourinho couldn't deliver any trophies this year because he couldn't suit his tactics to be more attacking, then having Mourinho leave sooner rather than later wasn't such a bad thing. Maybe we'll look back at this as not such a bad decision, although I wish it would've came after the ManU game but if Mourinho knew he was being pushed off after that game, he might as well have left before like he did.

Help?

2 years ago, Manchester United was a spent force with no future and on its way down according to Chelsea/Liverpool/Arsenal fans like you. First of all, this year's team is the same team as last year, only much stronger, better and younger back-up. Second, its gonna be a while before Ferguson retires.

You should just leave this topic because you are not getting anywhere.

Nah, I still think we can improve more on our best than you can improve on your best and we'll maintain ours longer than Man U.

Lucky stuff though, Liverpool has to play Reading in their Carling Cup fixture, we get Hull :-)

Hello folks, just going to give my two cents on the game Snday:
1.) Mikel red card: Never a red, but was obvious he was going to be picked on. Mikel reckless tackle at Old Trafford was always going to happen. The crowd were waiting for it.
2.) Joe Cole perhaps should have gone, but I don't believe you can just say, "a sure the decisions cancel each other out!" Won't work. Chelsea's game ended when Mikel was off.
3.) The penalty was a foul, with absolutely no need for the theatrics though. It was a foul, but because he made the most of it he made it debatable.
I presume everyone agrees Ben Haim made contact?
4.) Rooney was a little lucky to stay on after the Cole shoulder barge, but next point:
5.) Essien's poor sportsman ship. Should have kicked the ball back. Chelsea can't say that United cheated if they blatantly don't play fairly back. Fair enough, you needed a goal, but it was very poor IMO.

Thats all, thank you for listening and remember to tune in all week for updates.

Can't disagree much there Sean TBH. Although I thought that Essien not returning the ball was the result of some confusion really. After all there were a couple of similar incidents in the game when Chelsea did return the ball. Chelsea usually always observe that unwritten rule. I seem to remember that before Essien could release the ball, a Man U player made an attempt to chase him down, and I think he passed it back before he lost it. It didn't look good I admit. I wasn't pleased with that either.

I still maintain that the game was won by Mike Dean though, the Scouse bribe taking cheating prick. He's still taking dosh from the betting syndicates I'm sure of it. Once a cheat always a cheat. :)

mikel decision none of use agree on and i'll tell you another thing, Joe Cole wouldnt of done that tackle had thier been 11 men still playing, that tackle was off pure frustration, so yeah i agree with Pede Dean 2- Chelsea 0 , why does it happen wehn we lose a ref that screws us (poll) and then we get another one that screws us as well (dean) well screww them, Dean *hope u get the boot , not just b/c his poor performance at that game but also his past 20 games, 14 reds in the last 20 and 4 reds in the last 5 ,thats rediculous

Dean took bribes possibly in the past?? I haven't even heard about this yet.

But starting Mikel on top of 2 other CMs agains United who have Giggs and Ronaldo on the flank really is a bad decision. But his sub are what dissapointed me the most. He put on 3 attacking players in the 2nd half but at the same time, he took off attackers too so it didn't make a difference. He didn't change the formation, just put on fresh legs. I really wish he would've let Schev play on, I though Schev was having a pretty good game despite not getting any support.

Oh, and why does Sean Denny have what looks like a baseball symbol in his avatar when he's in Ireland and probably Irish. I mean, American's liking cricket I know of but Europeans and baseball?

Dip....we know why Joe bought down Christina, it was frustration and it was anger. That does not excuse it though. A professional should have more self control than that. Joe needs to get a grip in these situations. This could have been a very important game and he then we might have lost him to a red card. He has to think about that. It was also not needed as Christina was having a crap game anyway, the Chelsea defence nullified him for the whole game as it was.

Referees should be, but are not different from any other member of the public, and a thick Scouse moron like Dean has sucked in all the anti Chelsea crap and allowed it to fester to a point that we witnessed on Sunday. He has no love for Man U either but he hates Chelsea more, probably because of the Liverpool / Chelsea nastiness that has gone before. A good ref should rise above any personal hatred but Dean just aint a good ref. It's that simple.

5 games this season has seen Dean produce 4 reds and 31 yellows. The guy is a <unt. He does not referee Liverpool games because he admits he cannot be impartial when it comes to Liverpool, the team he supports. That staement on it's own should be enough to sack him in my opinion.

The FA know this rat inside out but still they allow him to officiate. They should have took his badge away 2 years ago, when he was found to have connections with the betting syndicates. He was banned at the time but the FA let him back in. I dunno, maybe he introduced someone at the FA to his syndicate mates.

Chelsea 1 - Hull 0 at half time.

Nice goal by Scott Sinclair. Man these Championship teams are hard as nails.:)

EDIT....3 mins into the second half Chelsea score again.

SWP gets battered and has to leave the field. Looks like a knee injury.

Joe Cole comes on for Sweep.

Sidwell scores......3 - 0.

His first goal for the club and he's well pleased.:)

EDIT....Wayne Bridge on for Ashley Cole. Bridgey is back and fit at last.

EDIT......Kalou makes it 4 - 0

Really happy with the team selections today but I wish Schev had been there. Didn't see the game so I don't know how Wayne Bridge played but maybe Grant will let him into the team. And looking at the highlights, that Hull player clearly handled the ball in the box near the start, could've been 5-0.

And I'll be really pissed if Sidwell ends up going back to Reading on a loan. He knows that he'll get his chance eventually and he was brought in for depth and the African Nations Cup.

good result, pleasure watching Okocha again, respect to Hull . Sinclair is a keeper, potential is scary. Chelsea's gotta do anything they can to make him stay, i like this kid alot.

And lets just hope Grant does not keep giving the starts to Ben Haim over Alex. Ben Haim is a cover player, hes no where near the class of Alex.
Hopefully SWP gets a quick recovery.

Very good result tonight I did like the team that was put out their. I think this win even tho it was against a Championship side can give us all a bit of breathing space.

Good to see players like Kalou, Sidwell and Sinclare who don't play often take the opportunity to show they deserve spots on the team. The only thing I'm still worried about is will Ben-Hiam still get the starting spot over Alex.

Good result for us, after the Man Utd fiasco.........Sinclair is definitely one to look out for in the future....we have to make sure we keep him.
Ben Haim again? I'm just not sure about this, if you ask other teams who would they rather not face in the Chelsea defence, Ben Haim or Alex? Definitely Alex. I don't think Grant's playing favourites because he's coached Ben Haim b4 and they're compatriots, he's just using the players he trusts more....but Alex should eventually come through, Ben Haim just couldn't cope in the Man Utd & L'Pool games.....i just don't think he has what it takes to take on the big guns....
