Ive seen more not given then given. There has to be an intent to handle the ball.

And this wasn't a regular handball, Higuain headed it against a hand from point blank range, it wasn't a cross deflection.


Maybe i watch too much EPL and it just didn't catch on to the rules being played in rest of Europe yet.
