The next identifiable post of "rassist" is 3 year later by Dragan who is using it sarcastically as the joke had already begun. It is quite improbable that Dragan would make a post like "RASSIST!!!! " 3 years after gogishome first used it if he were making fun of gogishome.

No, someone deleted the post that spurred the mockery and the meme. Giggs Rox !! was very active in 2006. I guarantee that's where it came from.

The term was apparently firstly used in that post, not saying the mockery started there.

I too remember "rassist" starting to crack as a joke around here, and I'm even pretty sure I was involved in the first steps of the phenomenon.

But giggsrox might have been the instigator indeed, not going to argue with that.

Possibly, but I wasn't involved. Those MSN convos were the 2001 class, and I was already a regular and therefore not involved.

Yeah they were all 01. In 2001 the main bb started, which is why you had more active members. Before then, the FIFA forum was the main board and essentially the only one, so it took people who were around before that shift a little time to adjust to the new setup.
