I have a wireless keyboard, and it says the PassKey is enabled. Any idea how to turn it off???

It affects the start up.
 
I'm pretty sure that you have to use a passkey for a keyboard particularly if you are also using a wireless mouse (are you?).
What is the make of the keyboard and exactly what is the problem you are getting?
