HELP How do I add players from one squad file to another ?

I have a squad file with 181 Icons and heroes in the game, all as free agents and 17 years of age, but in this squad file, the regular players all have messed up names and I also have the normal squad file which has all the correct player names but no Icons. So, for my career mode I want to add all of the 181 icons and heroes from the 1st squad file to the regular squad file and use it. I found RDBM for FC 25 on this website but I have no idea on how to use it and there is no comprehensive guide on how to use it either. Even if there is, I couldn't find it.. Can anyone help me with my request by guiding me on what to do ? It'd be a great help. Thank you. I have added a link to a zip file that contains the icons squad file and the regular squad file.
