HELP Change Career File Calender

Hi, my career date in the game calendar is June 20th and as soon as it reaches June 30th, the game crashes.
Can anyone change my career date to July 1st? Somehow can skip the crash!
I'll post the file. If you do, you'll be a big help and save me

I also tested with RDBM 24 but it shows the date as 2008 in the calendar line!
