FIP 16 Career Mode Crash when creating Career.

Hello. Every time I try to create a Career Mode (Player Or Manager, And any team.) The game always crashes when loading the newspaper. I can't seem to fix it. I reinstalled the game multiple times and re-installed FIP 16.
I changed the region of FIP. And I made a new career. it worked but it always crashes when starting a match. as soon as the opening match cutscene appears. I get a crash.dmp has been generated. Any Help or reply is very much appreciated!

I'm not an expert on the matter, but verify and ensure the installation and application of the FIP Tournament Manager (install carrer mode compdata); otherwise, you will never be able to play Career Mode. This was my only solution.

Hello. Thank you so much for your reply. However, I did that and unfortunately it didn't work. I will try to re-install it again even though I re-installed it a lot.
