Giovanni dos Santos ( Ronaldinho's Lost brother)

i cant believe he didnt win the golden ball and gave it to anderson
Anderson was at least as good as him in that competition...put the bias aside ;)

Anderson was better through out the tournament plus he bagged a few goals, Dos Santos had a few assists but he messed up alot of chances to score

He does not look anything like Ronaldinho. Maybe his forehead and hair that's it. His eyes are much more strict and he doesn't have donkey teeth

This Brazilian kid is going to do wonders for Mexico....he's having the same beginnings as Messi did with Barca...uh boy...

Sorry to tell you but he is not brazilian plus why would you even call him that if he played for Mexico and won the Sub 17 World Cup against Brazil. The only brazilian in him is his dad. His mom is Mexican, he was born in one of the most Mexican states (Monterrey, Nuevo Leon) and he has never visited brazil. If I were brazilian I wouldn't even dare call Giovanni Dos Santos brazilian because he beat us (brazil) in a final. Probably if his first name sounded more Mexican than you wouldn't call him brazilian, something like:

Juan Dos Santos or some other Mexican sounding name.....lol

But when you see him from a distance, or from behind you can't see his eyes or teeth.

yo dis kid is magic man... Aight we all can say that he is way more Mexican than he will ever be Brazilian, but I'm sry I've never seen a Mexican playing like that before, which such flair that is. I mean Mexico has some good players, but this kid has some real magic! :ewan:

If this kid really does develop fully to become a star, Barca will be put in a unique predicament. They would have 3 class players, Ronaldinho and Messi being the others, who play pretty much the same position. I can't think of any kind of formation that could field all three without being a joke defensively. Not a bad problem to have though.

Of course this is only true if Arsenal doesn't buy Dos Santos for 30 million before his 20th birthday.

chill dude, he was just being sarcastic.

Actually, no.

Ronaldinho and Messi already play in the formation that is not a joke defensively. And Ronaldinho is versatile, he can play both AMC and FW, so room could be found for Dos Santos. I don't see it as a problem. We have long, competitive seasons, and our players, being the cracks that they are, are often the target of crazy tackles, so an injury has to occur eventually, freeing up some space for a substitute. I have no worries about us being overloaded in a position.

First off, I wasn't trying to poke fun at your squad buddy. My point was they are three players that play behind a central forward/target player. Those three plus said target man would make four highly offensive positions on the field. Done correctly it could be highly effective, done incorrectly it could be Brazil '06. Your point about the squad rotation is spot on though.

plus dos santos is very versatile too; he can use both legs very well so he can play in both flanks as well in the center;

iam wondering if this kid can turn out to be better than messi
