US fans think to highlt of the US in terms of fouls. They foul too and put a little extra kick when they have to, everyone does it, especially in CONCACAF. And hate to break it to u guys, u guys arent Europeans, as much as you guys would like to believe you guys are in sense of soccer fanaticism.

Good game tho, you guys won again. Dont over-rate urselves again in the next world cup, we saw what that led to. But props to the REAL US fans in this thread... Bobby, Dan, err, Dan v 2.0. Among others, u kno who u are.

I have not seen a single USA vs. Mexico game in the last 6 years that did not have a Mexican player going for a cheap shot. And despite all of that, the Americans continue to show class. And win.

US has a boring style but effective, Mexico has a very entertaining style but we dont have positive results, maybe is time for a change, comon our strength is at the back Marquez-Osorio-Salcido-Guardado (World Class), we have weak Attackers we should try to change this old school "mexican" style, it hasnt work and it wont work unless a Ronaldinho and a Rooney born in Mexico, until knwo lets play tactical like the US, they dont have any superstars but the already better than us think about it

I have one request for Bob Bradley though. Next time Nowak tries to bring along his DC United protégés (Namoff, Gros, Carroll), tell him to f**k off. OK, calling up one of those guys is acceptable. But all three? And two of them got to play in this game? Gros is a poor man's Albright. Namoff is alright in 3-5-2 but I don't think he fits anywhere on the backline in a 4-4-2, not at the international level. Carroll is the best of the three, he could be useful as a back-up defensive midfielder, but we have so many players who can play that role - Feilhaber, Bradley, Beckerman.

I actually agree. Why bring along three of the best American defenders out there in a meaningless friendly when we should be saving them up for the coming MLS season.
