i forgot but in the editing side of both pes3 and we7i, which had more editable boots? (this is very very random and unnecessary, but i'd like to know)

will we8 have three editable boots or the same as pes4?

deja, PES3 had 4 editable and we7i had only 3.
I guess this is it. At least I am sure that PES3 had more than WE7i.

As for editable boots... I wish we had all nine boots to edit. There are enough editable boots already but we can only choose two. :(

it's only because the demo hasn't been fully configured for the demo - so it tends to go off on a tangent - Anyone know about a demo extender??

Without getting into a flame-war with you, let's get one thing straight - having an armband doesn't involve alot of 3d processing... far from that it's just an added DECAL or to put it in prepschool speak, texture. And a very small one. Same goes for the balding issue... heck if they can afford to have an additional 'light' patch on the heads or 2d photographers by the sideline (which is another decal) what's so hard having the hair decal 8 pixels LARGER to cover up the bald spots?

A referee on the other hand is at least another 20 POLYGONS and a 512x128 texture. You do the math.

And please, don't mix up personal opinions with facts. Not bothering you doesn't mean it doesn't bother others that play the game on > 21" displays. Many people have complained about these issues not just me. You saying it's a non-issue just hinders the evolution of the game.
Let's get another thing straight, KONAMI not me, must have decided for some reason not to show armbands, why not go ask them why I didn't code the game, I can't write games and so I don't know how hard these things are to do and hence can't defend the reasons - in testing the armband might have appeared too small - I DON'T KNOW (btw the ref texture is actually 256x128!!), perhaps when we get a version coded specifically for PC they might improve this? Again it's not up to me! Or as YOU seem to know all about the ease of scaling graphics whilst maintaining frame rates then why don't you edit the game or make your own?
In prepschool speak - the armband moves, the 2d cameramen etc don't, and moving graphic causes slowdown. Last year lots of people asked to see the refs, don't remember many kicking up a fuss about armbands!
My point was that it didn't detract from the game for me and how is it mixing opinions with facts? The only fact here is that the armbands don't appear, you not liking it is an OPINION If you want to feel big by trying to pretend I don't understand textures, mip maps or graphic scaling then knock yourself out! However I am suprised that Konami care enough about my comments to hinder the evolution of the game, I must drop them a line with my ideas for PES5

Well I just played 3 games on the PS2 and to me it is much much better..

For the first time ever I have been able to outrun a defender with Robben..

For the first time ever I didnt stumble when a bit of wind hit my player..

And also the animations looked alot better, like when you slide a player it is better.

It felt alot smoother, cant wait untill its out for the PC so PES4 can get deleted.

Ooooo! Look at Mr. pro-Japan here!!!

Pretty soon you'll end up moving there because you love it so much. Then you'll make a crappy real estate decision because of your lack of Japanese speaking skills (your own fault for patching the imported WE games rather than learning the language) and end up in one of those houses like in The Grudge and some wierd cat/kid type thing will start haunting you, make you cry and go crazy and eventually kill you and spread to the curse to everybody you previously invited to the house to play you at Winning Eleven. Then you'll start haunting people and the horrific cycle will continue. And I have to ask you, is it worth it?????

p.s. This account is purely fictional and may or may not happen. I would just like to state for the public record that at no time has Jumbo said that if he gets killed by some revenge seeking evil entity he will continue the cycle after his own untimely death.

Wise words my friend. You've made me see the light. I shall stop with the Japanese shlt. (H)
