You may not if PES4 ran perfectly on your existing machine. WE8:I runs so well on my PC and so smooth it's gonna be difficult to play PES4 again in comparison even though it was far from running badly. I like the handballs and they're rare enough to be an asset to the realism rather than a pain in the ass.

Well, if the diference is as big as from PES3 to WE7i, is good enough for me.

As for smoothness, PES4 runs greant on 1024*768 high very well already on my machine.

Never had Problems running Pes 4 on my 5700 im just saying the game got smoother more responsive then the pes 4 version passing etc.. hand balls

Well, you know for a fact handballs aren't in PES4 but they are definitely in WE8:I as I've had them and the commentator calls them which he didn't in PES4.

Also, it's a fact for a number of people so far that it runs a lot smoother than either the PES4 demo or full version of PES4. I couldn't get PES4 to run smooth on the highest resolution on my PC, it runs perfectly on WE8:I.

A number of people have also noticed that players seem less prone to fallig over at the smallest contact, at least nowhere near as much. I've played at least 10+ games against the CPU since my first post where I'd played over 20 with a friend and after time when you then go back and play a game of PES4 you can notice it.

Some people said they couldn't tell the difference between PES3 and WE7:I either but the differences were definitely there. I guess it's down to what some people notice or pick up on when they play or what annoys them.

I didnt notice such a thing as bald players..

What the game does is use a draw distance sort of thing, just like you cant see Figos face from a far distance as it changes, you can only see his real face when you zoom closer in..

Atleast thats what its like for me.

Same with studs for boots, I can only see them when zoomed in.

Nor did I notice any sort of light on there heads.

After playing a few games, I find it easier to shoot long distance shots, at least with good shooters. In my first match, Paul Scholes scored a screamer from about 25 m, and it seemed that the animation also was new, the shot looked much more realistic now.

Is it also a bit faster than PES4? I thought so.

i dont own the game (havent had time to buy it, yet) and playing the pes4 demo 2 for a while now, i tried the we8demo and straight away noticed the smoother gameplay but whats with the commentary??? i mean its really bad, most of the time the commentators dont say the right persons name and give off random quotes that dont make any sense with the playing action.....

for instance i was dribbling the ball and its said "and he scores!!" i was at the half way line ? and passing to a teammate? other instances during a game when he says something like "and the crowd goes wild as they meet their stars face to face" what the?

ok i know that the commentry in pes4 is not crash hot but its not this bad, and yes i know its only a demo but wouldnt you think that since the audio from pes4 is complete why would we8 be so undeveloped... whats the deal?

I noticed another little thing...

in PES4 indirect free kicks were only kicked by human players..
(new free kick technique)
for what i can see... playing it more and more..
I NEVER noticed computer teams kicking an indirect free kick with a pass to kicker or feint.

I noticed it in WE8:I :)
they did it.

can anyone confirm it to me?
I wouldn't like to say bulls**t :crazyboy: eheh

i did have computer take freekick like this in my PES4

my feedback after the demo:

downloaded and installed (lol Konami still doesn't know how to make an demo installer :crazyboy: it takes ages to install (over 15 mins to me) and it moves big files from C drive to target drive few times even if I choosed one on them only..)

I played maybe 7 games and I can't see differences..maybe they rarelier fall down and that's it; it runs the same as my pes4 on my machine
plus there still are unfixed bugs like sound lags

maybe it's just me but I think I saw new animation of helping opponent to stand up...I had no handplay but I do believe there are some
verdict: if you already own pes4, we8:i isn't worthly your hard earned money :mrpimp:
