Has anyone tried it? I've been doing the Weider's six everyday now for 20 days and I feel that it is effective. It's my second attempt, for the first time I didn't put much effort into it, I've done too many breaks while practicing. But I have to admit it's really painful sometimes. Does any of you know any other exercise that are less painful or more painful but also more effective? Maybe you guys have some useful tips on mind that would help me out? I'm talking about domestic ways of getting a good body shape.
