The 2K career modes aren't that fun tbh. It might just be a preference thing for me since I play against other people and not the PC.

I love them, maybe because I'm shit at 2k though

It was fun the first couple of years, but like everything, it just became a repetitive nuisance.


Also I have little faith that EA will ever fix Manager mode of Be a Pro mode.

Funny thing is that 2k basically copied the shit out of that mode and called it "My Team" yet it's awesome.

Don't count on it, though. UT is an insane cash cow and if they could they'd just release a free-to-play with UT on it. Oh wait, they're trying to with FIFA World.

NBA live is crap in comparison, 2k is like an ex Sega company

2K is owned by Take Two, they bought it from Sega.

2K came about because EA wouldn't release Madden for Dreamcast and Sega wanted an NFL game. 2K is actually why EA got an exclusive NFL licence, a lot of people thought 2K's NFL titles were superior. Their NFL games were also really cheap (like $25 or something) and that scared the shit out of EA.

The thing is, as brilliant as the NBA2K series is, they couldn't replicate it with football. It's one thing to do what they do for the NBA, it's another to do that for the entire footballing world.

if anybody likes games like Dead Island there is a game releasing early next year titled Dying Light.

it looks pretty good, i may end up picking up a ps4 for the game and of course NHL 15.

Me too. UT is shit. They had this fb game back then and it was exactly like UT and it was also made by EA. But they shut the game down dont know why.

I agree. Pretty much any game is harder with a wheel.
