Mental and Physical stats are usualy bad in regens. Very few regens have good stats there. One of the reasons the game gets much more easy after ~10yrs
You can either find crap or gr8 players. It's hard to find medium/average ones

I have much regens with great physical stats, and mental comes if they play some years

not all mental stats, but teamwork and work rate stay always the same I think, off the ball can change though I think

Flair is also constant, not sure about creativity, likely though.

The hidden values also contain some constant ones:
Consistency, Dirtiness, Important Matches, Injury Proneness, Natural Fitness, and Versatility.

I've seen people lose creativity, I thought that was really gay, simply because he was the only guy in my database with creativity of 20 and he was in my team
