You are right. Nigeria have been the better side putting a lot more pressure. They deserve atleast one goal.

It wasn't a penalty and it was offside.

Lionel Messi is an amazing player.

Messi is the heart, soul, brain, etc, of Argentina. the other players seem too 'average' for his level.

The Nigerian dude didnt get his 2nd yellow... the goalie got a yellow one for moaning. Poor Nigeria. Wanted them to win. :(

yeah, my mistake :p

Nigeria could have won this match, but they made two childish penaltys, and bye-bye :ewan:. In overall, Argentina hasn't play better than Nigeria, but they have Messi and clever defenders (6) and there's the difference.

We were the better team in that match and i can't believe we lost to two weak penalties. What a way horrible way to lose such a match.

Messi got the golden clog as well, the Dutch spectators' MVP award.

Anyway, Nigeria deserved more from this match, but Argentina didn't win undeservedly. Weird, but I saw two evenly matched sides. Nigeria maybe had more grip on the match, but Argentina had better chances.

It definitely wasn't Argentina's coach that won; taking off two of his three best players :S

Well another example that having most of the chances doesn't always grant the victory. Did the linesmen made many wrong call in the off-sides or the nigerian players fell too easy in the off-side trap?
Nigeria must not be down, i see big potential in some of the players.

Ustari, Agüero and Biglia the men(or children?) of Independiente, a good world cup for them, too bad Abraham didn't get to play. Hopefully Ustari will get to play at least 1 match in the coming season.:kader:

Gago is overrated. Messi i hope his future is reflected in here, will be good to have him in the future.:)
Did you notice in the 2 penalties of Argentina? The 2 fouls were made against the 2 youngest players of Argentina, Agüero and Messi.

Well well this the fifth youth world cup for Argentina, the fourth one in 10 years and the first one won in Europe, hopefully these will be worth something for once.:kader:
