Didn't watch but I was expecting City to win narrowly or draw. I don't know why Lingard started. I wanted Rashford to start. Why were Micki and Lingard subbed off at half time? I guess they were ineffective.

Lingard was so shit and nervous ... people criticized ronaldo for pushing Pep, that bald catalan bastard did it again and I'm happy with Rooney's action ...

Rashford deserves to start ...

I'm curious why Pep feels there is a need to say such bullsh!t. Even Bravo would say that is ridiculous

It's to show the media how much bullshit they're talking. He's replying them with bigger bullshit. Bravo didn't have a good performance today, but the commentators from Eurosport (just an example) were already contesting his transfer, talking rubbish about him and saying he's not PL quality. And everything after ONE MATCH which unfortunately happened to be a very intense derby.

Samper was shit today. Picked up an injury later on but incredible how much he hides in games. And I still don't like him off the ball but he should improve this season. He is talented but I fear for him.

Munir was great. Unlucky not to score.

Sergi Samper. Some dude from La Masia touted to be the "next Busquets" or something. Regarding that same shit different year I suppose, since they've got a "next someone" coming all the time, but lately it doesn't really seem to materialize.

They seem to have abandoned using the policy of using their youth players in their main team with a couple of exceptions like they used to. And seem to have gone the Real Madrid route to a certain extent.

I suppose loaning them out, or selling them with an option to buy back for peanuts is better to a certain degree. Considering that they can develop a lot more by playing first team football in Villarreal or wherever, and once they've started performing really well the team can just buy them back. Latest example being Denis Suarez who really started excelling at Villarreal last season, and they bought him back for like 3,5M.

I've never seen Cavani finish well in the Champions League. Every time someone suggests him for one of the bigger English clubs I wonder what everyone else must be seeing in him that I never have.

Yup.

Anyway Iwobi could've put the game to bed in the end, it was a really simple chance, but he shot it basically directly at Areola. Should've put it into the far corner. http://arsenalist.com/f/2016-17/psg-vs-arsenal/big-chance-alex-iwobi-is-denied.html I mean jesus you just gotta put those away.

Not gonna bitch about Cavani since if there was such option I would have laid a bet on him missing at least two sitters. Fucking guy managed to do it even during the first half. Chelsea's Fernando Torres vol 2.

The whole match was dire to be honest. Couldn't even bother paying attention to it at times.

Hey he was incredible at Napoli though. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JkWLiR34dVk important goal against Chelsea for example in the CL which comes to mind first.

He was putting chances like that away with ease. Dunno what's happened to him.

Dunno if you folllowed Copa América or not, but that tournament is something to forget for the guy. It was bad.

Yeah, Iwobi should've done better on the chances but what a player though. England missed out on a real deal talent.
