i just loved that penalty miss

let me break in down in a slow way for you 2 understand

if you are kicking out @ your opponent the rule says your getting a red card from the ref

now the swing part a perfect example is the arsenal - man utd game red card campell

you get a yellow for intent(which was what he got), red for violent conduct, you're the one who needs to study.

so beckham should have gotting a yellow for kicking out @ simone ( world ' 98")

Since the game was too bad to even talk about I'll only comment on the Vieira incident. I love that player, he's such an awesome footballer but why does he make such stupid mistakes. Van Nistelrooij jumped on his back, which was a foul, then lunging out at RvN legs even tough he couldn't reach them is just plain stupid, espescially when the ref is 5 meters away. He deserved to be sent off.

What the Arsenal players were doing after RvN missed the penalty and the final whistle is just disgraceful.

I'm 90% certain Beckham already had a yellow card before that kick.

what the OI! is your point? i am saying it was a straight red

the campbell incident was not a swing out, it was a shielding arm and it was close to hitting solskjaer but it didnt, and he faked it... just like simeone faked it at 98 quarter finals

Both clubs should get a fine.

And I know I'll get flamed by fellow Red Devil supporters, but Its going to happen.

I think it'd be weak to fine Utd for anything. I think the players responded as good as anyone could do in such a bad situation.

Arsenal focus all their attention on whinging about getting red cards instead of adressing the issue of controlling their players. This is strange seein as Wenger's trained as a psychologist I believe, so you'd think he could try and calm his players down some. Although don't think there's any helping Keown, he's just an animal to be fair.

After all of the debates, just ask yourself one thing, should Vieira launch that kick to Ruud?
And remember this, it was yellow card, not straight red. retaliation is straight red.
It was Vieira himself to be blamed.

I think Arsenal deserved the point, but the ugly acts from Keown, Lauren and Parlour were simply hooliganism. They are hooligans after the match. What they did has made the match uglier.

And the comments from AW, was another assault but quite typical, accused everybody other than himself and his "boys".

Remember this, how many red cards already in the bag of Arsenal, no one did provoke things better than Arsenal.

Shame on them.

Stupid, stupid Vieira. So sad to see a player of his quality do these things.

This is acceptable, happens after every missed penalty kick.

This is just disgraceful.
