"Also, lastly, according to your forum post we advised you to 'simply' update your DirectX.
This is standard procedure and please also bear in mind that this problem is not been reported to us, so I would appreciate if you could be a little more positive when referring to us. We do try our best. I would also appreciate if you could encourage others to do the same."
That wasnt me.
As you can see, I am deem, not askywalker.
I assume I happened to contact you on the same day.
"I would appreciate if you could be a little more positive when referring to us."
Oh dear, I would actually appreciate it, if you didn't send me emails with comments like this before youv'e actually found out who I am.
I'm sure you can understand how frustrating it is that a company as big as yourselves release games that evidently are not up to scratch.
I've now tested the game myself, on 6 different systems, ranging from mid-range to high-end, and the problem is evident on all.
So, The problem is clearly not 6900gt based, as I included in my initial email, I have tested it on my second system, runnng a radeon sapphire x800pro, and 4 other systems hat include a radeon 9800xt, nvidia 5200ultra and an nvidia 5900ultra.
It's a shame that I had to go out today and spend 55 quid on an upscan converter and 40 quid on a copy of fifa 2005 for the xbox, just so I could enjoy it properly.
I look forward to your response and findings.
Cheers,
deem/steptoe/Shifty.
P.S if you find this too much of a coincidence, both askywalker and myself have our I.P's logged, I'm sure a moderator will be happy to assure you that we are not the same person.
oh, and another thing, I do kind of agree with him on the direct x point. If you are the sort of person hat edit's config files, then surely you would keep up to date with something as basic as direct x?
cheers.
