december hopefully... meanwhile get that new 'Katrina Clap' joint. and Mos is holdin it down on that new 'Crooklyn Dodgers' remix too. katrina clap is weird in mos kinda way, at the same time catchy as hell and some funny lyrics on bush. both tracks are ill.

its good, just in a different category of good than "Common good" or "Talib good", you know what i mean.

dude you need to check out Murs if you havent heard of him. try "The Pain" and "Freak These Tales" for starters. they sound a lot better if you listen to the whole album coz the whole thing is a story, kinda like the streets 2nd album.

Yeah, plus Murs is one of Brother Ali's top friends on myspace, so that helps him in my eyes. I'll try to pick up Murs 3:16, but I also just saw that he did it with 9th Wonder, which is another big boost. Speaking of which, I think Little Brother is comming out with a new album sometime next year, which is great.

Murs 3:16 is one of my all time favourite albums, I listened to it virtually every day when I travelled through Europe and now it has that awesome connotation - 9th's beats are fire. Murray's Revenge isn't nearly as good as 3:16, though.

Paul Wall and Chamillionaire just earned some big respect from me after listening to GYMC's The Remix Album



Goddamn, that album actually like made my week. Rap lyrics just they way they are supposed, not that snap crap put together with modernized crazy beats, makes it the best album i've heard all year.

Yeah, I actually have Get Ya Mind Correct, and it's decent. Sound of Revenge is very.... um... I don't quite know how to describe it, but there's a lot of R&B hooks that you wouldn't expect from a freestyle kind of guy like him.

Definietly, Sound of Revenge done in a more commercialized way, however that's what it takes nowadays to have a succesfull solo album. For Cham it was his first and it was still really good. Rain and Think I'm Crazy are great songs, and are actually like stories, unlike all these "Lean With It Rock With, we leaning in the club and rocking in the club and we do it all day blah blah blah" and ofcoarse Southern Takeover and Ridin' Dirty are just classics imo.

thats definitely not his first, hes been around for a few years and well known in the underground.

chamillion really brings it on his mixtapes, some of that **** is better than anything on sound of revenge.
