2. make edits to coeff texture

* conversion needed: they are in Frostbite-skeleton !
-> with FIFA converter: choose Convert from "FIFA Online 4 (New)"
* Hair: 32-bit position floats - for higher precision
* Hairlod: not all players have an hairlod, because some dont need
2. Textures (rx3 / dds) :
* hair color: transparancy fixed to max of 15%
* hair coeff: fixed (swapped B&G channel, Alpha)
3. Previews
* from FIFA 22, not for all types available
Note:
* Haircolor-texture needs get edited (colored), depending for what game u convert !
* Generic Head-models cant be converted from FIFA 22 pc, but recommended to use FIFA 22 switch heads !
