Heh we have a guy called Thomas Cruise, what were his parents thinking

LOLzer...nice to finally put a face to such an embarrassing name, man.

Whenever I get the urge to start up a new FM game with the Arse, the first thing that I do (actually third) since the first two things that I do is transfer list Lehman then ship that Fonte kid's ass back to Portugal, is release that Tom Cruise kid's ass solely on the basis of his name....hurhurhur....just puts my mind at ease, man. Makes everything else more harmonious and pleasant.

It Also looks like Adebayor is injured for the season opener

I was in the Arena watching Arsenal. Song impressed me as did Traore! Traore really was a beast down the left side! Eduardo was superb! Hardworking striker! He is very fast (like I said before) and is a VERY good header! For me the biggest let down was definitely Walcott! Really, Wenger should teach the guy ALOT of thing. He is as stupid as Eboue on the pitch. Doesnt use his speed on the right moment and goes to the ground when someone just touches him. And he also doesnt have the technique to back him up. He is still young, but Traore who is younger showed that he is going to be big! Walcott s*cked against LAzio and that wasnt the first time! I was happy when Arsenal got him, but now after seeing almost all his games, I must say that he really doesnt show his talent! Lets hope my opinion changes soon! Oh and V. Persie! What a guy! Great technique! Class act!

I thought that we had first dibs on Toure the younger, man? Through one of those Belgian feeder clubs or something?

We should've went after 'em with an earnest bid, man......because this kid is ******* rock solid.

yous mean to tell me that we lost out on such an immense talent like that on a gayass and antiquated worker's permit law?

Can't be, man, can't BE!

Anyway, let's hope that Heroic Diaby has fully recovered from that almost career ending injury of his, man. Cause we're gonna need 'em to **** some **** up this season. Give us that very important mettle and general badassness that's gonna be required of us.

You're right we need some mettle in the team, but I don't think Wenger's trying to make Diaby that kind of player. He seems to be more of a playmaker from what I've seen. I guess Hleb will have to be our badass person. Lol.

Yeess, I'm going to the opening game against Fulham.:bob:

With the Work Permits, it seems its easy to sign the youngsters because you can get them on the special talent clause, but with older players eg say over 20, they should've started playing for there national teams by then hence they dont get the the "special talent" and it most cases they haven't played the 75% of national team games.

^^ understood. These ******* laws need to be revamped, man.

Good point.....he's definitely a more skilled, creative and attack minded midfielder than say the guy he's always compared to (Vieira), but it's just that physical build of his, piranha-like aggression and nose for the ball that makes me wish that maybe he can eventually be persuaded to concentrate a bit more on the defence, you know?

There's nothingI'd love more in the world than for this kid to be a more physically imposing version of Pirlo for us, man. Someone who's equally adept on the defensive side, as they are on the attacking and creating portion of the game. Now I realize that's a lot to be asking from anybody, but especially someone so young, but you know, he's got the potential because he's as technically sound as he is physically potent, you know? And that's like the hardest combination to find in any sport, man. Someone who is as physically gifted as they are technically proficient.

Hleb has got awesome awareness, tracks back consistently and is a smooth tackler, but I think that he's more of a creating/holding midfielder who's also capable of making runs up the wings. I don't think that he can be legitimately expected to convert to a DM role.

Anyway, man. Yer a lucky sonofabitch to be attending the opening game, man.

Shout til yer sphincter falls off on behalf of the SG Arse fans here, brah.

hey, btw, how much did we get out of the Reyes deal?

I don't know, but I am glad that he left. If he says that he wants to leave, then he deserves the leave.

Sunday is the big day for us!

LET'S GO ARSENAL!!

LOLzer......WTF?

I was sure as **** that Kolo was undoubtedly finally gonna be handed the captaincy armband but it inexplicablly ends up on Monsieur whine about anything and everything's arm? Seriously, is this a ploy of Arsene's to appease this subverting turd? This is just a baffling choice,man....a total slap in both Kolo and Gilberto's face....but moreso Kolo in my opinion.

I'll grant you that Gallas has the makeup of a great leader as far as the on-the-field aspect of it is concerned, you know? He's mostly assertive, very vocal and self assured (although, sometimes he's a bit of a pussy who backs down from a legitimate physical confrontation, which kinda concerns me), but overall, he's not all that bad, really.....it's just that King Kolo is at that ripe age to be donning that piece of cloth, man. He's got all the necessary facets both in his character and playing ability to be leading us week in and week out.

In Arsene we trust, right?

^^^ damn straight, brah.

I realize that the personnel is not the same, but I think that we should give strong consideration to a 3-man strikership tomorrow, man.

-----------Crozilian(if he's healthy)------Bender Rodríguez---------RVP

---------------------Rosicky----------Cesc------------Hleb-----------------

---Clichy------------Gallas------King Toure-----------blond-haired-Negro

--------------------------------Aluminimum---------------------

I mean, just have a look at the wonders that badass formation did for me, yo.

We need to brutally extinguish whatever hope that they may have in the first leg, man.

Wilson Palacios is on tryouts for Arsenal right now. It seems like he was well liked by Arsen Wegner. They call Palacios the next Suazo (Inter's player now). What do you guys know about this? He's very young too, 19 if I'm not mistaken.

^^ never heard of 'em or his trial situation with us, man, but if he's a Brother, then surely he must be athletically potent and dazzling.......this is not to disparage or malign King Arsene, but he would've made for an excellent trader/appraiser in the Slave era, man.......he's got a good eye, that Frenchman

no news about him staying though...i will post the news as soon as the Honduran press releases it...more than likely he's gonna stay...he actually came from the same team Suazo left when he went to Cagliari...Palacios will be sold for very little money if Arsenal decides to keep him...it is really Suazo's story with a different player ;)
