Thoughts on start of season:
Obviously giving up a goal in the first 2 mins to Fulham at home was not what we had in mind, but I was at the game and I wasn't that mad that it happened because I thought Arsenal would equalize right away. I didn't really celebrate when Van Persie scored because a draw at home to Fulham is still a bad result, but I was jumping up and down when Hleb scored.
As for the CL game I was actually a bit nervous, but we got a bit lucky and came out with a VERY IMPORTANT win.
And lastly for Blackburn I only saw the highlights, but obviously we should have won due to the matter in which Blackburn scored. I don't think Jens should be dropped just yet, but I'm pretty sure this is his last season.
Oh and I didn't think Bendtner was all that good in pre season, but he has changed both games he has come on in. He was just the kind of player missing in the game against Fulham and was unlucky not to score. Great young player.
Hopefully Wenger can sign that contract extension sooner rather than never.

Yeah, I was at the Emirates as well watching the match. When Bendtner came on, we started playing a lot better.
Also, when Fulham started waisting time, it backfired on them. Remember when they made a substitution, and when one of their guys wasn't sure if he needs to go off or not? What a prick!

We really need another player that can play Left Wing, Right Wing, Striker, Centre Back and maybe goalkeeper the way Jens is 
Hleb has been amazing so far this season. Hope he keeps his form up. Got us a penalty and an assist for Fab. Yea sometimes he takes an extra step or passes to late but that is just part of his game.
What can be said about Fantastic Fab????? He really is just Fabulous.
The only thing we must improve on is taking our chances early in the game. If we can do that we wont have to play for 90mins with full steam.

another two players down......on the defence no less.....one of 'em before the game even ******* started!!11
Anyway, I thought that we bettered City for most of the game.....sure they created their chances and were even almost our equals on the pitch at times, but overall, I thought that we had the better attack and built the more dangerous and creative situations in the game.
I was really impressed at how we contained (for the most part) a slightly poor man's Robben....I mean, he had his chances and made it difficult on us on the counterattack, but in the end, we dealt with him rather nicely
btw.....the Partnership of Dunne and Richards was just unbelievable, man.....sheeesh....boy were they immense.....you can't out head or out run those mother****ers, man.......the number of times that they made last second tackles, blocks, clearances with their heads....SHEESH!!!.....I think that City's got a special duo in those two combined with that Corluka kid.....very impressive!!!

Good Result, although we need a winger badly. There was too much long balls to poor mans Kanu, which were wasteful.
Van Persie shouldnt take penatlies. He just hooves the ball. He is going to completly miss one.
I though Denilson was good when he came on and Flamini did a good job at right back

Weve rejected the chance to sign Adriano on loan. Which leaves me a bit worried. Since last year we have signed one striker, lost 3 and got one back on loan.
