The Lakers need to set up some ass kissing sessions after this game. First of all for Luke Walton who came in the game and pretty much raised the game all around for the Lakers with his great passes to Shaq and Kobe and he also got the crowd in the game who seemed like they were dead, their defense got better as well. Second of all for Kobe Bryant, this man just has it, it seems like he always makes those type of shots and that's why I respect him he is unbelieveable and then to play the way he did in overtime with 5 fouls, amazing. Anyway I hope that the Pistons can recover from this heartbreaking loss and win the next game because if they lose it we could be in for a short series because in these type of situations experience does matter and the Pistons don't have that, they better f*cking win game 3 :f***: (H).

haha, I got back from school just in time to watch the end of the game. We're all tied up now thanks to Kobe and Luuuukkkkkeeeee, man Walton had a great game tonight and Kobe was his usual self. :p (H)

lakers didn't win this game, pistons won it for them. kobe's shot was unbelievable, no doubt about it. it wouldn't have happened, however, if the pistons had kept going to rasheed wallace in the post, because malone couldnt guard a piece of **** let alone wallace who schooled him on a number of possesion.

and will someone please explain to me why, the hall of fame coach larry brown, did NOT foul shaq, and instead let one of the best players in the NBA take the game tying shot? i thought it was a no brainer, foul and you have the ball... turn it into a hack-a-shaq... pistons really just fell appart.

His post game comment about that "No, no we don't foul in that situation" um if you're smart you do, he could of even fouled Kobe since he put the ball on the floor and even if he makes both shots it's over because they were up by 3 then with however much time is left prolly like 1.somethin seconds u either get fouled and go to the line and ice it or you avoid the foul with a smart pass thats it game over. I was surprised too.

it was a dumb move that will haunt brown and the pistons forever if they do not win this championship. you do not have to be a tactical genius to realize that fouling shaq gives you a hell of a good chance to keep the lead. i will NEVER understand brown's decision... you play to win games, however you win them is your perogative, but a W should be the first priority.

First of all, KOOOOOOBBBBBBBEEEEEEEE!!!!

What a clutch shot, oh man.

Secondly, I think after 4 championships and countless clutch shots like that, I think we can safely make Jordan comparisons now. Sure, we all hate Kobe, but come on, even with Shaq 4 Championships are pretty tough to win. I mean, Shaq doesn't win them himself. Kobe Bryant is something really special and at the end of his career he very well could be better than Jordan. Just because you hate him (and I do too), doesn't mean you can deny how great, and really LEGENDARY he is. If he goes to jail for 15 years you better believe he will be mythic. You'll hear conversations about the greatest players of all time, and Jordan's name and Wilt's name will come up, and you'll hear the odd guy say Kobe. If only Kobe hadn't raped the girl he would have been the best ever.

And honestly, if he leaves LA and wins a couple championships without Shaq, I think we can legitimately consider Kobe Bryant one of the best players of all time.

By the way, an intentional foul in the final 2 minutes gives the team 2 shots AND THE BALL. You can't hack-a-shaq in the final 2 minutes. And fouling at the end is stupid because it's going to be called an intentional foul if you intentionally foul.

I hate Phil Carlos*son. I could have won 10 rings too if I got to coach Michael Jordan and Scotty Pippen, and then Shaq and Kobe. Hell, I probably would have won 11 because I wouldn't have ****ed it up to the Spurs last year.
