Wow, now I am very confused. Which gameplay to choose? Yours, gameplayzer or fidels hybrid? XD it's hard this year. I want the demo gam play with slight improvements. Which should I use?

cool, will grab this and play around later. I assume these are the fixes of positions and Messe etc listed in previous posts? Any other juicy bits or just the fixes?

Basically just style changes and a little better preferred positions.

There isn't supposed to be, aside from better style recognition. Messi's style was fixed to false9 striker.

I can't fix the starting lineup: the lineups are by Moddingway, so they may fix it in the next update.

I have some question to your gameplay:

1. Is this near to demo gameplay?
2. Are there long balls from the defense
3. Are there AI tricks (like in fidels gp)
4. What about goalkeeper? Does he come out for balls?

And then I have an additional question: is it somehow possible that the players don't run miles for the balls when it is out?

1. Better than the demo, IMO.
2. Yes, there are still some, but not many.
3. Yes, mostly on the wings. May not be as many as Fidel's but I'm not positive. I'm looking to decipher parts of the file and further experiment for a while, although for me, this current gameplay is fine.
4. Sometimes, but not often enough yet.

5. Nope, not possible, unless you remove quickthrowins altogether with this code:

QUICKTHROWIN=0

...in any .ini.

Ok I made some games and what I recognised is

- gameplay is to slow (imo) - compared to real football games
- too less pressing against the ball (from both sides)
- too less movement on the pitch
- too less passes
- would love to have more ai tricks

on the positive side is that there are more fouls and the game is more fluent compared to other gameplay mods.

1. That's what sliders can do -- adjust speed either way. I know some like it faster and some don't
2. Next version will have better pressing, but again, as I posted earlier, it comes at a price of fluidity and excessive dribbling.
3. What do you mean? Not enough runs? In real football runs aren't made every second, so I toned down on run frequency to balance and improve buildup flow.
4. Not enough passing? Or too much dribbling?
5. I'm working on it, but I doubt anyone has decrypted an found the exact byte that controls this. Blind edits for now at best.
6. Glad there's more fouls for you as it all depends on how you play.
Fluidity and variance are the indispensable features I need to have first, all others are add-ons to this base.

Thanks for your feedback, and I will try to fix all you mentioned that I have the ability to change.

Maybe I installed wrong but there are a lot less fouls than the 0.2.0 i think(or i installed bad a few times :P). Before i get at least 8 fouls per game & team. Now i get the same as if there is no patch. The rythm maybe would be nice to be a bit quicker(not too much) and maybe move a little quicker in small spaces(the L2+R2 move is now almost obsolet). Also in the last minutes if you are losing i dont see the team going forward to score a goal. They are always the same, no matter if winning, drawing or losing.

Also I have a question, changing the players position like Schweinsteiger isn't a double edged knife? Supose if im in the last minutes, winning by one goal, my opponent is too near to score a goal and i want to park the bus, this wouldn't be counterproductive? I havent tested but i found it strange.

PS: I dont want this to be a negative comment, just want to remark the things i feel are wrong in the few matches i played. Sorry if you feel that way, didn't mean to.

What does that mean, compared to games from your perspective (totally subjective and open to interpretation) or your playing top league or lower league, what teams did you test, sliders? ... see what I mean?

Im going to say I disagree on most counts apart from anything for Ai tricks, but thats me. I did notice this version needs less on the sliders so do you use default sliders, if it set for other mods default them and then start to make changes to adapt to it. ESP run speed/pass speed and run frequency.

Which version did you install? Also, what is Schweinsteiger doing? Staying upfield when you want to park the bus? All players should still come back in defensive mentality. I know how to fix the lethargic AI in the last minutes, it's because I turned of the emotional engine. The reason I did this is because the emotional engine adds rigidity and AI cheating to the game.

That's what I'm intending for: less slider adjustment, less work for downloaders.
